When the survey in question actually had majority residents supported retaining and upgrading the building.
There is plenty of room in Mowbray Park for a parkour course, without destroying this important cultural venue.
Just watch, in 5 years that pakour park will be removed for some privatised building construction for the Olympics.

With the upcoming 2022 Winter Olympics a few months away, and with NHL participation not necessarily ruled out just yet, it got me wondering if country X won a gold medal, which player would officially be part of the triple gold club (Stanley Cup, IIHF World Championship, Olympic Gold).
Canada and Sweden dominate the list in recent times, but what if the U.S. won ? Or Finland ? Whoβs an Olympic Gold away from joining the exclusive 29 member club?
Like the title says, is there a powerlifting/Olympic lifting club on campus? Would love to learn how to clean and press / make some lifting buddies, but I haven't seen anything.
Tata doesn't know how to choose players. He had lots guys to choose from that were available.
Preferably ones distinct from Crossfit, if at all possible. Looking for a place that I can go and really learn some solid technique with like-minded people!
I've seen Northumbria Uni has a Oly weightlifting club, but I'm not sure if it's still going strong.

Hey, folks, heads up. Was just passing by OAC and noted a fella(bandana covering face, parka, frame pack, bike with overloaded saddlebags) ride through the garage on his bike to the rack and circle it, quite obviously checking out the two parked there. I got to the intersection(20/Leary) and decided "No, not this day, sir", and turned back with my phone at the ready to find him parked behind the nicer maroon road bike, dismounted and digging in his saddlebags. I made eye contact, saying "I know what this is and now you know I know what this is" while asking Google to call the club. What's crazy is that this guy called my bluff - fully expecting me to move on, mind my business, and maybe call the cops, true to Seattle style - and actually hung around a few more seconds until he realized I was really speaking to someone! Long enough that they saw him on the surveillance camera before security came out, which was within 30 seconds! Anyway, daylight is no deterrent, nor are security cameras so be extra vigilant.
Note: didn't call cops OR take a pic of the sus for the cops bc I generally don't and won't + wasn't gonna stand around for 3 hours waiting for them to show up anyway.
