Howdy All,
As a holiday gift to a friend, I want to combine several of our in-jokes together. My budget is $100, but since I've never commissioned before I am flexible.
I'm looking for an illustration/cartoon. In the foreground is the grown-up version of Nala from the hand-animated Lion King eating a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. She should be looking ravenously, almost lustfully, at the sandwich. No preference for the type of peanut butter or jelly.
In the background are Timon & Pumbaa. Pumbaa should say "She's destroying that sandwich, Timon!"
Timon should reply, "Pumbaa, Nala destroys everything."
At the bottom is a caption/words on a scroll/whatever is the for best comedic effect "Nala loves to PB&J". I realize that is not gramatically correct, but it's part of the joke.
This whole process is new to me, so please let me know if you need more info.
I'm certain I remember this scene, but when I watched it tonight it didn't happen. Am I remembering a music video or an extended version or something?
Nala is the one who went against her leader (Scar) and left the safety of her pride to find Simba. A lioness alone in the wild is unlikely to survive. But she risks everything to go and find Simba who had previously run away from his problems and left his pride up creek without a paddle.
Simba runs away despite being needed in the pride, granted he was only a cub at the time but he was to become the leader!
Nala, after trying to survive under the power of Scar with little resistance to ensure her and her family’s survival then leaves the pride in search of Simba. This was very hard for her (google ‘Shadowland’ if you don’t believe me and it will be explained).
She then risks everything as a lone female lion to wander the land in search of Simba, finally finds him and what does he do...still refuses to come home.
She then has to persuade him to do what is best, not what is easy!
I’m sorry but if it wasn’t for Nala, Simba would have never come back to fight Scar and regain power.
His dad was both their dads
Battlefield: Large field, about 3 football fields long/wide. Grass length varies from 1-3 feet throughout.
R1: Mulan has her standard sword/fan loadout
R2: Mulan has bow and arrows
R3: Same as R2, but Simba replaces Nala.
