A list of puns related to "Jon Favreau"
If you'd have told me when I was a kid that the guy from "Swingers" was going to usher in the Marvel cinematic universe, redefine the "Star Wars" universe and create one of the most beloved Christmas movies of all time, I'd have probably though you were talking about Vince Vaughn lol. Kudos to Jon Favreau!
The title is pretty much the post.
Under Favreau, Lucasfilm has arguably put out their best content since George was at the helm. Filoni has been great too, but both Mando and TBoBF were created by Favreau.
I donβt think Kennedy has the vision to bring Star Wars where it should be but I think Favreau does.
I think itβs because of the βchildβs eyeβ view that he has for the franchise and for storytelling that would make him the right person to be at the helm of Lucasfilm or just head creative person in general.
Iβd love to know what everyone else thinks!
Edit: wow, I am blown away by all of the responses. Itβs awesome to see what everyone thinks about this.
Thank you so much for my first ever award too! Iβd love to shout you out but it was given anonymously so thank you kind stranger!

Disney should let these two make a star wars movie look at The Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett both masterpieces
I honestly believe if both or one of them over saw the sequel trilogy the fanbase would be as divided. Look what they both did with Rebels,Clone War season 7, Bad Batch and The Mandalorian. All of them introduce new characters with great writing and character development.
Ever since the success of The Mandalorian, Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni have become widely known as the most trusted and respected figures in Star Wars storytelling. Because of this, it seems quite plausible that if the sequels were happening now instead of 2015, then Favreau and Filoni would be the primary creative team instead of a combination of Abrams, Johnson and (initially) Trevorrow. However, while their rise came just a few years too late, this notion also got me thinking: In a world where the sequels were made by Favreau and Filoni, are there any details (either specific or vague) that you think they might've included? Obviously it'd be pretty tough to predict an actual plot, but I think there's enough in The Mandalorian + the animated shows to at least hypothesize certain themes/concepts that they might've been drawn to.
I made that βYes We Dan!β Redbubble design (you can get it here) over the summer, and I only got one purchase of the mug. According to the recent PSA episode, that purchase was JON FAVREAU? Iβm in shock and so happy right now

What are your hopes, what are the chances you are definently gonna sneak in those snacks at the movie theater?
If you'd have told me when I was a kid that the guy from "Swingers" was going to usher in Iron Man 3, redefine the "Lion King" universe and create one of the most beloved movies about chefs of all time, I'd have probably though you were talking about Quentin Tarantino lol. Kudos to Jon Favreau!
