OSLO - The Trade Confederation has confirmed the financing of a contract with the MOWAG-SISU-STEYR partnership program designed to build further interconnectivity/modernization and development between the TC-Finnish forces. As part of ongoing efforts per previously approved referendum, the Trade Confederation has set its eyes on created a well-balanced force of both inexpensive force multipliers, and high quality pieces of equipment. As part of that ongoing process, the Ulan and Pirhana class vehicles, each serving a different purpose - have been chosen to undergo armor/armament upgrade packages.

Details below,

• The Ulan II (Upgrade)
• CONCEPT ART
• Description: The Ulan II much like the original ASCOD IFV variant, is designed as a heavy hitting infantry support/fighting vehicle, for all terrain use. While the original variant suffered from a lack of armor - the upgraded version will provide both armor and cost effectiveness.
• Specifications remain the same excluding Armor
• Armor Changes: The armor will be utilizing the same custom Chobham armor of the Sturmratte - increasing protection to appropriate AFV levels.
• The Piranha VII (Upgrade)
• CONCEPT ART
• Description: The Piranha VII replaces the 12.7mm machinegun with the same 30mm autocannon as the Ulan alongside additional TOW launchers.
• Specifications remain the same excluding armaments
• Armament Changes: The primary weapon has been replaced by the Ulan 30mm autocannon for munition continuity, in addition further TOW slots have been added.

It is believed that the upgrade packages will cost,

• Ulan II: $350,000 (per upgrade not including unit cost)
• Piranha VI: $400,000 (per upgrade unit)

#Mowag-SISU Piranha VII (SAM) Upgrade contract announced

##"Intention to mount the IM-SHORAD Stryker Weapon Platform alongside existing 30mm autocannon (just as on the stryker) hoped for, as Trade Confederation approaches ACDO/USA"

BERGEN - The Trade Confederation has tendered a new contract to boost its close anti-air vehicles, announcing a planned upgrade contract ideally looking to mount the IM-SHORAD Platform onto the Mowag Piranha VII, which itself has undergone various upgrades just recently.

In total the contract is as follows,

• Requirements of the Future Anti-Air Program
• Upgrade Cost: $300,000 (or whatever the IM-SHORAD costs to upgrade to)
• Maintenance Costs: Must be low to mid-range maintenance costs. While being easily maintained/munitions built in Trade Confederation.
• Intend to upgrade a total of 200 Piranha VIIs
• Upgrades completed by 2031-32

Both the ACDO and USA have been approached, and with both countries having access to the technology, the deal is expected to be first come first serve or OBO.

As part of the Hellenic Army's development into a more modern, mobile and capable force, the state-owned vehicle manufacturer ELVO A.B.E. is developing a wheeled Infantry Fighting Vehicle. The Mowag Piranha V has been selected as a base for this vehicle, and we wish to both produce the IFV domestically and make alterations to better suit the Hellenic environment. We seek a license for these purposes.

We have decided to forgo purchasing the in-development Piranha VI to allow for earlier and faster production, as well as lower development costs. We believe that with alterations, the Piranha V will serve our purposes sufficiently.

Following line with sustained general independence from foreign arms, the Swiss Government will be aiding the design of the MOWAG Zweihänder IFV. It will be a multipurpose chassis with the aim of serving many different roles effectively from light tank to infantry carrier.

The timeline of development is approximately 4 years with use of Austrian technology in exchange for production rights for the Austrian Army. The Variants will include the following models:

With the recent acquisition of Comoros and Nelson Mandela bay the looming problem is that of the residual gang presence. This cannot continue, however with the current carrot and stick approach with the lingering gang population, however both Comoros and Nelson Mandela Bay are greatly different in location, ownership, and strategic location, thus must be treated differently

Comoros is now solely the territory of RIGS as they since time in memorium have been a bastion of Islam and Arab society in the Indian Ocean. Thus the island chain will be treated as such, however much like Mayotte marshal law will be in place until it can be safely established that no organized crime exists. In conjunction with this, Mayotte is to be declared apart of Comoros and the island chain and shall be one once more, meaning that freedom of movement will be granted between the islands, and the many families that were once separated may be reunited. It is believed that the vastly superior quality of life on Mayotte will show to the Comoros people that they can trust RIGS.

As an incentive to the gang persons on Comoros RIGS will offer a package that is almost to good to refuse. In turn for leaving the island wholesale, RIGS will grant the following to each gang member.

It is to be believed that this approach will ensure the gangs, in no better phrasing, fuck off. The deployment will be separate from the current Mayotte deployment but will utilize the same Air, Naval, and Strategic missile assets, though the ground force will be larger. It must be reiterated that currently the force is simply to maintain martial law, and to crack down on crime. Rohba landing ships will be used to ferry gang persons.

The Empire of Japan and by extension the Imperial General Headquarters has been tasked with the work to rebuild and totally reform the militaries of Argentina and Houston (done separately). In this the Houston Military as agreed will be reformed into a continental power for defensive purposes while the Argentine military will be reformed for still classified missions. Additionally in both cases, the Imperial General Headquarters has been given extremely ideologically advantageous populations/military cultures to work with and around. Both the Houstonians and Argentinians featuring significantly positive cultures (patriotism and Catholicism-radical).

These two cases are handled separately with secrecy split between them.

#Houston

Houston in comparison to Argentina should be relatively simple, the military is itself still modern and of the current generation, it retains significant institutional experience, and it overall still has a bulk-load of equipment available. Therefore, the Houston Military on a structural level will take after the US Brigade Combat Team concepts and similarly the Houston Navy will be modeled after the Imperial Japanese Navy. This should largely resolve the structural issues that Houston faced previously. (RP Post for structure, pending roll)

As for rebuilding, anything that hasn't yet been rebuilt will be done now (no idea what that will involve) and in addition Houston will be set to build an F-22 Factory (because that's apparently their main fighter now) with rates of production at approximately 100 aircraft per year by the year of 2041. Similarly, tank factories and the likes will also be built for limited internal production. A second factory for the F-15EX which they are also apparently using will be constructed, for 100 aircraft a year.

With Peshmerga, RIGSF, and Remnant forces, the war in Iraq is coming to a close. With the liberation of Baghdad and the new found kingdom of Kurdistan there is little in the way of opposition the exception being what is left of ISM and Ali's Regiment that hated each other as much as they hated the coalition force. Thus a two pronged strike With Peshmerga attacking ISM along with RIGSF air support, while RIGSF will attack Ali's Regiment in the east. We believe after almost a decade of conflict the enemy will have a much weaker resolve.

ISM

ISM's biggest problem is the fact that they rely solely on technicals and fanaticism. Thus we shall fight fire with fire, sending in Emir Masoud at the tip of the spear, with the goal of rushing the enemy with a tenacity they don't expect. They will be further covered by squadrons of Eurofighters to knock out any sizable resistance. Learning from the EAF, a technical charge can cover a lot of land very quickly, however we shall have units to garrison the area along with establishing secure lines of supply.

Operation: Completely Thinkable was at it's core a broad success, Jordanian integrity was unmolested, however we failed considerably in regards with our QRF forces, as we did not intend for the vast amount of resistance in a majority Palestinian region, such we saw the lives lost of some 60,000 patriots of the Arab cause, on our end.
