A list of puns related to "Material adverse change"
Don't try to talk to politicians who are bought and paid for. Hit AT&T's bottom line. A mass exodus from non-neutral providers of internet services is the best way of sending a message.
Trial for a new drug for those with either a homozygous or heterozygous F508del gene type.
Cool to see there may be another drug in circulation if study proves successful.

Got a notice on my bill that section 1.3 of the WCA is changing. Went to look at the WCA and it states that fee & surcharge increases are not a materially adverse change. So those who tried to use fee increases to get out of 2-year contracts, ATT isn't allowing that any more.
FINRA has established the Supplemental Liquidity Schedule which goes into effect on 3/1/2022.
βThe SLS must be filed by each carrying member with $25 million or more in free credit balances, as defined under SEA Rule 15c3-3(a)(8),3 and by each member whose aggregate amount outstanding under repurchase agreements, securities loan contracts and bank loans is equal to or greater than $1 billion, as reported on the memberβs most recently filed FOCUS report, unless otherwise permitted by FINRA in writing. The SLS must be completed as of the last business day of each month and filed within 24 business days after the end of the month. A member need not file the SLS for any period where the member does not meet the $25 million or $1 billion thresholds.β
βThe SLS is designed to improve FINRAβs ability to monitor for potential adverse changes in the liquidity risk of the members that will be subject to the requirement. Members subject to the SLS filing requirement will be required to provide detailed reporting as to their:
Me thinks youβre a little bit too late FINRA, but I suppose we donβt wanna see this information before the MOASS or some SHF and a certain MM would be in some serious trouble.

This study claims that Accutane elevates dopamine production, which I just find fascinating. It seems that this elevated production leads to greater quantity of DA receptors and less ligand affinity. If this is the case, wouldn't it just mean that the depression side-effect is essentially just caused by a tolerance buildup to dopamine and completely reversable?
I feel that with the addition of certain dopamine-regulatory substances, one could even make use of that elevated DA production to experience an enhanced mood. Wouldn't a dopamine reuptake inhibitor be more effective with elevated DA production from Accutane? I've wondered if amphetamine would work to regulate this elevated DA level too, due to its great affinity with dopamine transporters as well as in my anecdotal experience taking amp with Accutane, I feel like Accutane somewhat regulates/reduces the effects. Lastly, if none of those would work, couldn't just a mild antipsychotic like Aripiprazole with its partial D2 agonism work to prevent any adverse mood changes?
Also, this study mentions how Accutane raises serotonin reuptake transporter levels making it seem like it could synergize with SSRIs/antidepressants as well. On top of that, it mentions how Accutane was found to reduce OFC metabolism which could be beneficial to those with OCD since said disorder is associated with a hypermetabolism in the OFC and said factor was found to predict how well an OCD patient responds to treatment.
In this scenario there are only winners on both sides!
Feeling extra salty in the second week of busy season as I'm still logged in at 11:30PM explaining to the client why a 400 page depreciation PDF (versus excel) isn't auditable.
I've never seen an adverse opinion personally. I've seen a couple qualified/disclaimers, but those were for reasons so unavoidable even the biggest client fee couldn't cover it up.
Conclusion: it's impossible to be paid to produce an independent opinion of something. No, a quality control review or management taking responsibility for the financials is not a sAfEguArD.
Change my mind? Hard to feel like caring anymore...
