A list of puns related to "List of social nudity places in North America"
3/5 of the last 5 invitational spots will be filled in the next 5 days

I hate these clickbaity lists - but there's a new 24/7 list of the worst cities to live in.
This either speaks to the shoddy methodology of 24/7 or to improvements in the region. What are your thoughts?
In Europe, hangmen were mostly shunned by society throughout the ages and seen as a "necessary evil". Discussions regarding this can be found readily all over the internet.
How was the social standing of hangmen in North America? Was the identity of hangmen known to most, or did they perform their job anonymously, maybe just as a side job?
This question is derived from another thread and I'm particularly interested in regard to the "wild west", but should you have information on this topic for other time periods I'd be interested to hear them as well!
Wikipedia has a short sentence on this topic, but it's not really comporehensive nor sourced.
Edit: added additional information, mostly about the time frame.

Methods:
I used import.io to scrape the data from the fastest 6,000 runs for each dungeon from wowprogress.com. I also used import.io to visit the wowtrack.org profile of each character found in the WowProgress dataset to associate characters on the same battle.net account together.
I wrote a Java program to calculate the connected-ness of each of the ~21,000 unique battle.net accounts represented in the data. I selected the top 100 most connected accounts and used Gephi to generate the graphs. The name displayed for each account is the name of the character on that account with the most challenge mode runs.
Analysis
As you can see from the circular graph, there are several players who have run dungeons with many of the the other most prolific players. Notably, Drick, Darkjunior, Abberation ,Askoli, and Auro have each run over 200 dungeons with a huge variety of other players.
Players in pursuit of the region's best times also appear centrally in the graph. For example, Bladestormqt (aka Savedya) isn't connected to as many players as some of the most prolific, but has very frequent repeat runs with his closest neighbors.
The small cliques that surround the edges of the graph are primarily groups who sell carries to other players. These players have run a lot of dungeons, but not with any of the other most prolific players.
I'm happy to answer questions about the data or the methods used to extract it in the comments.
Does anyone?? Including variants and exclusives
I know we can drink anywhere per say but would like some intentional destinations.
A little about me. I am 33 years old and live in TN. I've never been much for traveling. For the first 28 years of my life, I was absolutely terrified of flying and tried to avoid it when possible, so our family mostly travelled places that we could drive to. I now have a wife and 2 kids (ages 4 and 2) and am at a point where I'd like to start experiencing travel more, both for me and my family. Although, I'm having a difficult time figuring out cool places to go because it's never been a top priority for me.
We'd love to take a trip outside of the US but our fear is that our kids are too young for that right now. So, we'd like to start tackling some stuff within the US and I'd love to hear some suggestions and recommendations.
Here are the places I have been that I have enjoyed:
Florida (Destin, Seaside, Panama City Beach, Cocoa Beach) - Florida has always been a hot spot for us because it's within a day's driving distance and we love the beach. Our favorite is the Seaside area and we try to travel there at least twice a year.
San Francisco - My wife and I have been there to visit my uncle who lives there. We had a great time and especially enjoyed the day we spent in Napa Valley.
Las Vegas (Hoover Dam, Grand Canyon, Zion National Park) - We've had several trips out to Nevada and each of these areas and have always had a great time. We always stayed in Vegas and took day trips to each of the surrounding sites. My personal favorite was Zion.
Hawaii - I went there with my family when I was in high school but was too self-absorbed to really enjoy it. I regret not spending more time enjoying the beach and surroundings. Instead I was looking around at pawn shops to try and find a cheap guitar. I wish I could go back in time and smack some sense into myself.
For the most part, we'd prefer to avoid colder climates. Right now we prefer places that are warm, have beaches or cool parks and sightseeing.
On our personal list of things to do, we would be interested in a trip to Chicago and New Orleans since we've never been. So, if you have some suggestions of things to do/see at either of these locations, or if you have better recommendations, I'd really love to hear them. Thanks!
