I often see a lot of post asking about their guinea pigs breed, and unless you get your guinea pig from a breeder it's a cross bred, or if the previous owner says it's a certain breed, so pet store guinea pigs are 99% of the time cross breeds with dominate traits. For example if your pet store guinea pig has pups some if them could show a recessive gene. Saying this mix bred guinea pigs aren't better than pure bred, they are just a cute.
So ever since I got my guinea pigs (Tom and Jerry) they always jump on eachother and chase each other around the cage. Im not sure if its play fighting or I should do somthing about it.
I currently own three girls! a diluted tricolored teddy mix named Clarabelle, a satin american tricolor named Sherry, and a black abyssinian with brown ticking named Phoebe. I'd love to own solid cream/white satin abyssinian I just think they're so beautiful! I love to know what y'all own and what you're looking for!
Niche book but it is stuck in my brain! I think the sister's name begins with E. The title, in my head, is something like 'Just Bonnie' or 'Connie Alone' or something like that. The ship might have been the titanic. Please help, this is so frustrating!
I love guinea pigs (obviously 😂 ♥️ 🐹), and have been looking into adding a dog to my fur family sometime in the future. It got me wondering, if guinea pigs were a dog breed, which would they be?! :)

My take is they’re like Pugs - comical, entertaining, always being told by the vet to lose weight, unique appearances, & that people often buy them for their looks like many an adopted piggie was the perfect gift for a child. That’s all I got right now! Have fun!
