I have no problem with anybody's dietary choices (it just leaves more meat for the rest of us) but if you don't eat meat because you oppose the killing of animals, there is no reason you need to have your food prepared on a separate cutting board or with separate utensils. Using the same cutting board for meat and vegetarian food does not cause any more animals to be killed, nor does it cause any additional animal suffering. Requesting a special cutting board be used just makes you seem like being vegetarian is your sole personality trait and you just need to bring it up an every possible opportunity.
edit: I'm not suggesting the cutting board be unwashed between cutting meat and vegetables. Food safety is always paramount. I'm referring to vegetarians who demand a wholly different one, despite the fact that the one that has had meat on it is clean/sanitized.
Hey Eugene community! We have professional chef prepared (at our home as he works in a retirement community) carnitas and bbq pulled pork that will be ready by tomorrow and we want to get it to those in need of sustenance, displaced folks, homeless, firefighters, anyone in need. We have paper plates, forks, tortillas, and hawaiin buns to chow with, all still in original packaging. Willing to go just about anywhere in lane county! Any information would be greatly appreciated, we wanted to do what we knew how to for those hungry folks out there.

... and as you go to grab said utensils, occasionally they will remove your very tasty half eaten dish and/or ask you to change tables afterwards and reorder. But the food is really nice when you can eat it.
It gives me what I can only describe as a βphysical cringeβ sensation! The noise makes my teeth hurt & a weird cold chill thatβs so unpleasant. Is it misophonia related? Anyone else feel this? If I think about when Iβve accidentally bitten down on my metal fork I feel the same gross sensation. Itβs improved with age slightly. My parents never believed it could be a real thing and thought I was being annoying. Theyβd deliberately bite their utensils and scrape their forks and knives together and Iβd always freak out. Ended up using plastic ware for a while bc it bothered me so much. (Nowhere near that bad now!) I eat like a regular person. Just donβt like biting metal. Anyone relate? :c
I really debated about posting this because I know so little about the movie. This may be a difficult one but I have seen some amazing things on this sub so I figured why not.
In the film a female character is at dinner, I don't know if she is a spy, or was kidnapped, or just undercover. I know she is skilled at combat. During the meal she hides either a fork or steak knife I cannot remember. At some point she gets up from the table and has her weapon concealed on her, she runs into another character that I also think was skilled in combat and there is a tense in which if her cover is blown there will be a fight with this other character. The situation resolves itself without a fight though.
The other character who is a threat to the female character is armed with either a gun or sword, I can't remember which but this is something i'm positive about.
I remember reading a comment about the movie on either a Youtube video or message board in which someone said, It was a good movie it sucks that we didn't get to see knife/fork vs sword/gun though. Which makes me think both of the characters were pretty deadly and it would have been an interesting fight. I'm positive the first character was a female, and I think the second one may have been female also.
I know I watched the movie before 2015 and probably after 2007.
