From the tour trailer you can see Vacation Peach and Gold Koopa riding around in some new karts. These represent $40 ruby pack contents and both have Koopa Troopa Beach RT as a top shelf track (and they were driving on it in the preview.)
Stuff for sale has top shelf ranked tracks all the time, and these two drivers being on different teams means both teams have a coinbox driver for the same track in ranked. Likely week 1.
This track is a b tier imo. It is literally the definition of the word "fine" it's not good it's not bad. The design is fine, the shortcut is fine, the difficulty is fine, etc. I literally have nothing else to say about this track

Who wins?
Koopa Troopa, the racer who debuted in SMK, and reappeared on most of the further games. While Dry Bones debuted on Mario Kart DS, it became a fan-favorite racer due to its stats. In your personal opinion, which one is the best, or at least, your personal favorite.
