If I am not wrong, there's not a fixed time limit for the 'shorties' to cover their shorts.
So... theoretically... couldn't they cover after the merger for 1.65/share? In the case they could keep their margin requirements until the date.

I see that Nintendo is selling a 2-pack of classic Nintendo Entertainment System controllers which are, remarkably, wireless... The link I've included, admittedly, sends me to a maintenance page; I think there's a high demand for Nintendo's sale. I'd like to use them with Apple Arcade... Has anybody used the controllers, successfully, with Apple Arcade? Let me know... Thanks!
Has anyone built the LEJI Nintendo Entertainment System or LEJI Question Mark Block? I see that BrickKK has both of them, but haven't seen any reviews. The slightly ajar door on the Question Mark Block has me a little concerned.

With the NES, the springs that hold the game in wear out over time, causing constant issues of the game coming loose and making your console freeze. The fix was putting in another game on top of the other game, effectively wedging the game in so it can't come loose. My DS Lite began having the same problem, freezes and warnings about the cart being removed in the middle of playing. So I thought to myself, I've seen this before when I was a kid. I remember what to do. So I tear a little strip of paper towel, fold it a few times to get it to he right thickness, and put the game cart into the slot with the towel strip. Now it's very tight, doesn't jostle at all, but is still loose enough that I can get the game back out without issue.
I haven't played it for hours on end yet, but this seems to have fixed the problem. So if anyone else runs into this, here's a potential fix. Just put a thin strip of something into the slot with the game, an you should be fine. Seemed to work better with the strip on the exterior side, as in opposite of the open side of the cart, since that pushes the cart towards the connectors instead of away. Got to get the right thickness though, too thin and it does nothing, too thick and the game could get stuck (mine is a square shape, folded in half, than folded half again the other way, for 4 layers thick with my paper towel brand). It's honestly nostalgic, having a Nintendo device break in near the same way as a much older one, and having just about the same solution too.
