I went to Disney World recently and along with that I started frequenting the wdw subreddit. With it being around Christmas, I saw a lot of posts about various holiday overlays, and surprisingly saw a lot of hate for haunted mansion holiday over at Disneyland. A lot of Disney world redditors seem to think it’s a bad/cheap overlay. I’ve always loved it and considered it to be the only overlay Disney does that feels like a different ride instead of some new sounds and projections that slightly change the atmosphere of the ride (hyperspace mountain).
What is this sub’s opinion of the holiday overlay? The wdw sub generally holds haunted mansion to be the greatest ride in Disney world, so maybe that’s why they hate Disney messing with it so much…
P.s. For some reason Disney world always makes me want to go to Disneyland lol.

Start at McGroin's Haunted Maze and your time will begin when you enter the dungeon door.
You will first work your way through the twisted and disorientating halls to find the way through.

Solve the riddle and continue on until you find a hidden switch which leads to the basement filled with secrets. Once the secrets are uncovered you will have all you need to leave McGroin's Maze. But don't rush out too quickly because...
#^The ^code ^needed ^to ^enter ^the ^Mystery ^Mansion ^next ^door ^is ^on ^the ^wall ^before ^the ^exit!
Once free, rush across the lake to McGroin's Mystery Mansion. Use the code you found at the Maze's exit to gain entry and then a brand new journey begins.
To escape the mansion, you will need to locate the 4-digit exit code. You will find pieces of the code throughout the mansion in the form of large, Wavy Willard box letters. Write them down as you see them so you don't forget by the end!
To get to the exit, you will also need to solve other puzzles and codes along the way that are completely independent of the exit code pieces. Small letters/letters do not go with the Willard pieces. You gotta keep 'em separated.
Beware your own minds confusion. It would be best to write down passcodes as you encounter them, for it is easy to get turned around and find yourself in a place all too familiar.
