Ive waited my whole life to be on that show and now i live in boston so its a sign.
Since the show is slightly becoming more known, or at least the people who do know about the PBS Kids show are coming out and talking about it more, did any of the contestants of the show Fetch! With Ruff Ruffman ever become actors or anything? What happened to them?

Okay, so what are our thoughts on if PBS's Fetch! With Ruff Ruffman counts as an ARG or could be turned into an ARG?
i’m sure this has been suggested a billion times, but this was one of my favorite shows growing up. still is one of my favorites. by the time i was old enough to audition, the show was cancelled. :(
Anyone remember this show? It was a gameshow with 6 kids (3 boys and 3 girls) who go on to solve challenges and puzzles and earn points from them. It aired on PBS Kids from 2006-2010.

OKAY so long story short, but it's going to be long... I used to watch and be obsessed with Fetch with Ruff Ruffman all the time as a kid in the late 2000s.
Like I really mean obsessed, never missing an episode, checking out their website on PBSKidsGo and playing the games they had on there, even during summer vacation.
So I watched the first 4 seasons live, as they aired, in the late 2000s. But then somewhere in 2010 I stopped watching TV completely and I never saw Season 5 of Fetch at all! I didn't even know it existed since I stopped checking their website too. At the time I thought it was cancelled because they kept talking about cancelling the show like in the Season 4 premiere. So I stopped caring to even check. I think I was also very busy with homework and being tutored at the time.
So 5 years later, I log onto their website in 2015 and there it is! I see Season 5 and I'm shocked to my core, that I missed out on a whole season of FETCH! Like how is this possible?!
But they had all the Season 5 episodes on there for free. So I thought, okay, let's watch them all. I start watching the first two episodes and I quickly realize the video quality is outrageously bad. Like 144 pixel YouTube bad. So I ditched the chance to watch it at the time for it's horrible quality.
5 years after 2015, this year 2020, the infamous year. I decided to give it another try by using alternatives, I'm not going to get into the details here wink wink. And I was finally able to finish the show completely!!!
I feel so happy and sad at the same time. Happy that I'm free and fulfilled! 😄 But also sad that it's all over now. 😢 Oh well, it was fun while it lasted. ❤️ Long live Fetch!
P. S. Sorry for the long post. I just needed to get this out there in case maybe someone else can relate.

damn I loved that show
Hey Kevin, I've been wondering if you would consider doing a DefunctTV episode on the PBS Kids show Fetch! With Ruff Ruffman. The show was a massive part of my childhood, and after it effectively dropped off the map following it's 5th season, I wonder what happened to it. I would appreciate it so much if you'd consider doing such an excellent program justice by featuring it.
