A list of puns related to "Deep Roy"
Big brother Con has a different mother than the other 3 siblings? I never picked up on that being mentioned before in the show. Whatβs the deal?
Kenyan-English actor Deep Roy played the wise Jedi Master Yoda in several second unit shots for The Empire Strikes Back. In order to match Yoda's height, he had to perform these scenes on his knees. He was not credited for his role.

For Return of the Jedi, Roy portrayed the Kitonak and lead horn player of the Max Rebo Band, Droopy McCool. This role also went uncredited.
His first appearance of the character, however, was in 1982 video short, "Return of the Ewok".
New footage of McCool was filmed for the Special Edition of the movie, however it's unclear if Deep Roy reprised the role.
Droopy McCool in all his glory

>Droopy McCool played the chindinkalu flute in the Max Rebo Band, an ensemble that performed as Jabba's palace band on Tatooine. A veteran musician, Droopy was used to seedy dives and gigs for unsavory clients. But the depravity he saw in Jabba's court shocked even him.

He also portrayed an Ewok in the movie, and was stand-in for R2-D2 in some scenes.
You may know Deep Roy from the 2005 film Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, where he portrayed all of the Oompa-Loompas. He's had a wide variety of work over the years, as you can see on his IMDb page.

Next up. Roy. To be clear, I do mean the non-clone Harper. I'm fully on board with Will's name change, and consider this (or Red Arrow) the only real proper way to refer to him. Roy to me refers exclusively to this character, who becomes Arsenal. With that out of the way, lets go through it.
Comic Version: The long history of Roy Harper of comics is split between characters. Speedy becomes Arsenal becomes Red Arrow becomes Arsenal. Its fairly complex he's been around a while, but with YJ really most of the key details are adapted more with Will than Roy. The main thing is that in response to tragedy, Roy receives a bionic arm and uses a wider array of weaponry than just a bow and arrow.
Setup: The revelations of Will being a clone, a replacement is a major plot point, which begs the question of what happened to the original. Though, as depicted in the pilot, it was typical for Cadmus to destroy source material. They intended on extracting dna from Robin, KF and Aqualad and then terminated the source. Despite this, he is confirmed to exist in the finale, missing an arm with Will resolving to find him.
Expectations: So an interesting thing happened with Roy among fans. Between Seasons, and for a decent part of season two, people saw "The Real Roy" as so much more important than Will, seeing Will as imposter, that Roy would be the one to have a stronger relationship with the Team and such. Its interesting because this is the response that Will himself has.
I didn't really have this connection, its quite possible that its some subtext I missed since it matched Will's beliefs so closely, but I had very little interest in "the real roy". I figured he'd just be another Archer (with previous setup of Arrowette, it looked as though it would be Artemis, Arrowette, Red Arrow and Roy. Which seemed excessive to me). To me the character that we got to know, spend time with and love, was entirely Will. Being a clone doesn't make someone in any way less "real" otherwise you should be scrapping Superboy as well. So I didn't really understand the desire for finding Roy.
What we got: Season Two: Come the intervention episode, we find out more. Jim confirms Cadmus policy to be termination of hosts and the person that Dick, KF and Aqualad knew had always been Will, even Green Arrow only had Roy as sidekick around 6 months while spending ~3 years with Will, so Will's obsession for finding Roy seems to be hopeless.
Come
... keep reading on reddit β‘It was a better team and had a big 3. Won 44 games in a row, We had a prime T-Mac, a prime Ron Artest, and a prime Yao Ming, and young Kyle Lowry. Aaron Brooks & Luis Scola who both had there best season this year, and basically lead us in the playoffs. Mutambo as backup center, shane battier. Underrated 6th man Von Wafer. Just saying... THIS ROCKETS team should be in classic teams, not the 08 one.
