A list of puns related to "Crest Whitestrips"
I have been using these for 4 days, 1 bottom 1 upper strip per day 30-40 minutes. So far I have only noticed the effects on edges of my teeth and not the whole tooth if that makes sense. For example for the upper teeth, the bottom edges are whitening but not the whole tooth. The lower teeth upper edges are whitening but not the rest. I also notice I salivate quite a bit when using these strips. Is this normal? Is the salivation affecting the effectiveness of the strips? Am I applying them wrong?
Hello. So I'm using the Crest Senstive Whitening Strips. Yesterday was my first day using them but I only had them on for 5 minutes because I was afraid of the pain. Today I used it for the full 30 minutes. I noticed when I took them off that a few of my teeth (my canines) had the tips whitened significantly. Just the tips though not on any other part of the teeth.
Has this happened to anyone else? Should I still continue to use them? I took them off a couple minutes ago so I don't feel any pain but I don't want to continue using them if it's going to leave me with white splotches on the tips of my teeth.
I have the Crest 3D Whitestrips "1 Hour Express" and have had a total of two treatments done out of the four they give you and holy s*** my teeth are aching. I have never experienced teeth sensitivity like this before. The box says that tooth sensitivity is generally mild. Well that is an understatement!
If you use this product get ready for some pain and discomfort. The teeth sensativity lasts for HOURS. I put them on last night before bed for the hour and took them off. I was SHOCKED that the teeth sensitivity was still there by the morning. They are still aching as I type this. SHEEEESH.
Has anyone used Crest whitestrips while they were still in the middle of Invisalign, with attachments on? I donβt want to go too crazy with them or anything, maybe just use two or three sets of strips for a little brighteningβ¦ I used to whiten every couple of months and now Iβve been doing Invisalign for three months and I just need my fix!! My teeth were VERY VERY white when I got my attachments put on (they had to use the absolute lightest colour for my attachments) so I feel like the colour under the attachments wonβt mismatch if I whiten a bitβ¦ but has anyone actually tried this? Thoughts?
Is there any difference in efficacy between Crest Whitestrips and the other forms of teeth whitening, e.g. emulsion pens, LED lights, trays with gels? Or is it just personal preference?
Hi, 18F here who's given Crest Whitestrips (both 30 minute and 1 hour version) 4 chances with weeks in between but each time, my gums sting like crazy. I've tried to avoid the gum area as much as possible, but just when I think my teeth won't sting, it starts up and doesn't go back to normal for 3-4 days. The pain is actually what's keeping me awake at 4am.
How do I reduce the sensitivity quickly? I don't have any toothpaste for sensitive teeth on hand. My only way to cope has been wearing my retainer so my teeth touch more gently.
Hey everyone, I am currently using Crest 3D White whitestrips in classic vivid and it is causing my teeth to hurt and be overly sensitive. Is there any way I can fix that? Please let me know, thank you.
I ordered a box of crest white strips, but i do have some questions! Ive done quite abit of research, but i cant find all the answers. Do you have any tips to get the most out of them? With sensativity i read that outting sensadyne on as a paste right after, but im not sure if fluoride is okay after whitneing? If it helpa to use the fluoride, would a non alcoholic fluoride mouthwash be good? Does anyone have bright white spots before whitneing, and how did it turn out for you?
Relatively low effort. Thirty passive minutes a day. You have to remember to put strips on your teeth, and take them off. Low pain/annoyance.
Low cost of entry. Under $30, cheaper than most gym membership entry fees. A bit more than the cost of one boutique fitness class in a major city.
Fourteen days is a short enough duration that it's complete before one would get frustrated, but long enough to train you to stick with a habit.
Concrete, visible progress after a couple of days.
I realized that the secret to getting disciplined is learning that repeated practice or effort toward a goal, maintained over a period of time, can result in a fulfilling reward on a longer time scale. The trick is sticking with something long enough to get to a positive reward, to reinforce that the present-day work is worth the future reward.
Teeth whitening is easier than a new workout routine, or a new diet, and offers a quicker reward. Complete a two week cycle, and you learn to believe in your power to stick with the routine for your own betterment. This gives you the confidence to try a more ambitious life change.

[EDIT] Obviously brushing and flossing is more important, and if you don't already have a habit of brushing and flossing, you should start there.
