Hey guys, I've recently developed an interest in getting a ring with my birthstone. There are 4 options for me, which is very weird because picking one would mean missing out on the benefits the other 3 might have to offer?
Do any of you believe/wear specific birthstone pieces of jewelry? What has been your experience?
I'll start with myself and my other half.

-Has an increased chance to be spawned by Box or Marbles

Isaac (More rerolls): When Isaac first enters a treasure room, a Dice Shard spawns next to him. (No effect from golden/Mom’s Box)
Magdalene (Power of love): Adds +0.15 (+0.3) [+0.45] damage and +0.05 (+0.1) [+0.15] speed for every red heart container you have.
Cain (Pill hunter): Adds a 30% (60%) [90%] chance for clearing a room to spawn a pill, independently of the normal room clear reward.
Judas / Dark Judas (Belial boost): Stacks an additional x1.5 (x2) [x2.5] damage multiplier when using Book of Belial, as if you have Blood of the Martyr. Doesn't stack if you actually have Blood of the Martyr.
??? (Soul man): Red heart pickups have a 15% (30%) [45%] chance to be converted into soul hearts when spawned.
Eve (Protective curse): Gives Eve the effect of The Wafer while she has exactly one red heart. (No effect from golden/Mom’s Box)
Samson (Burst of rage): The first time you take damage on a floor, gain rage 2 (3) [4] times.
Azazel (First strike): After entering a different room, the first (2) [3] Brimstone laser(s) fired in that room will have double range.
Lazarus / Lazarus Risen (Life preserver): If Lazarus dies while holding Birthstone, he'll resurrect with one heart without losing a life, at the cost of the trinket being destroyed. (No effect from golden/Mom's Box)
Eden (Random up): Raises two random stats for the current room: +1 (+2) [+3] damage, +0.3 (+0.6) [+0.9] speed, +1 (+2) [+3] range, +0.4 (+0.8) [+1.2] tears, +0.3 (+0.6) [+0.9] shot speed, or +1 (+2) [+3] luck.
The Lost (Reliable reroll): While held, the first 2 (4) [6] uses of Eternal D6 on a floor are guaranteed to not make items disappear.
Lilith (Hearty conception): Lilith gains a permanent familiar after collecting 15 heart pickups, either from the Cambion Conception or Immaculate Conception pool. (No effect from golden/Mom’s Box)
Keeper (Spare change): Whenever Keeper first enters a hostile room, there’s a 30% (60%) [90%] chance of a pen
