I'm interested in knowing more about organisations that are into preservation of traditional architecture, such as renovating heritage buildings, constructing new architectural projects in the traditional way and etc. In addition to that, I'm also curious about entities that are into pursuing environment-friendly architectural projects in the state. Due to JEE Mains 2020 having been postponed (Dates will be released on 31st March). Will KEAM also be postponed to a later date in the same manner?
This is still going on and there'll be news about it shortly, apparently these workers don't understand the gravity of the situation and want the government to just let them travel across multiple states to their home states. This seems to be triggered by the news of Delhi government providing transportation facility for people going home in Delhi (bad idea tbh).
Edit: even though they are complaining that they don't have food now, they actually refused the district administration offering them food saying it's not North Indian food. The district administration then offered them uncooked food supplies so they can cook whatever food they desire but all they want is to go home.
Have you ever felt the same? Like your non-keralite friends circle will probably trash talk kerala and keralites as a whole, but hold you dearly and in high esteem.
From teachers to shopkeepers to delivery boys to autowaalas it seems so consistent. I have been talked to in endearing manner after I was recognized as one in many instances. And nope, they weren't selling anything and didn't want my money.
And most of them already have friends from kerala and is fond of them too. My brother when he moved out of state was told that "mallus are exotic" and everyone likes him too.
Even when I was staying at hostels, it felt like keralites didn't bunch up like most other people. And most of us had free entry into these closed state and language based clusters without any resistance. They were all very welcoming, but same couldn't be said about interaction between other clusters.
Is this consistent with your experiences too?
For me, for some reason I don't wanna come across many keralites when I am outside kerala.
There are windows against walls, it doesnโt sync up with the outside, and the length of the path from the center to the library and cardinal room is far longer than it should be. It feels off putting when so much of the rest of the game is fully accurate.
