All i ever wanted in Far Cry was a horde mode
The weapons in the far cry franchise were always fun. I could use so many different weapon styles when i approached an outpost. But even when i triggered all alarms and the reinforcements come i never got the feeling of going all out with weapons.
I imagine fighting a horde of 100 soldiers as a wave. So you could get really creative with explosives, lmgs, grenade launchers.
I highly respect the iconic first 3 albums so much. But Yield IMO is the most complete album they have ever put together. It’s their best at writing and cohesive sound on an album. From Brain of J, Faithful to Pilate and Low light. Then to end with All Those Yesterdays…..

After reading that Elliott was inspired by Bauhaus, I listened to some of their music. I realized that the initial chords in 'all we ever wanted was everything' is the same as the start to his Needle in the Hay.
My parents always struggled with money so I never really asked for anything when I wanted something but today they surprised me with album and a bag..it may not seem a lot to some of you but that was the very first time I ever cried actual tears of joy and happiness..

started following halsey after the track with post malone and future, i really enjoyed her part. she started dropping singles and beautiful stranger became my favorite song of 2019. this album is crazy good. love the aesthetic and how personal it all is. above all i appreciate the sonic risks it took. the genre hopping and interlude structure makes for a great experience.
side note but im interested in copping the signed cd from her website, but tbh id prefer a vinyl if i could pick. anyone think she might put up signed vinyls in the future? or maybe already has and i wasnt aware? thanks
