Hi! Iβm moving from the NWT to Airdrie in a couple of months. I plan on renting a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit that includes all utilities besides power, but I will be looking for a roommate to rent out the other room. The room has a bathroom attached to the bedroom that is also accessible from the laundry room(a 2 door bathroom). I will let them know that thatβs their bathroom and I will not be using it myself as thereβs also a bathroom in the master bedroom which I will stick to, just to give my future roomie a bit more personal space/privacy. How much should I advertise this room for? Iβll be living in Aura apartments, theyβre very nice modern buildings. Thanks for the advice. :-)

Only Sherwood Park is only slightly ahead in fifth place and that'll probably change in the next year. Amazing to see how Airdrie has grown and continues to grow, last municipal census had Airdrie over 68,000. Sherwood Park was around 70,000 and Airdrie has been consistently growing at a faster rate.
