A list of puns related to "Actinidia polygama"
Im new to this community but this plant is a tricky one to find id like to get a cutting to grow fruit and give my cat something to enjoy in my garden does anyone have any resources to find this thank you
Everything I've seen on Amazon has comments saying it's a scam. Rareexoticseeds.com also has a lot of people saying it's a scam. Are these seeds available anywhere?
Hi--I'm interested in keeping a silver vine plant for my cat, since I think she could benefit from the stimulation. But I'm having a hard time locating them where I am? Looking online seems to get me other varieties of actinidia plants, and I'm not sure if they'll have the same effect. If someone would point me in the right direction I'd be much obliged.

I'm fairly new to Perth (2 years) and I don't know much about the flora laws, I'm looking at tracking down a Silvervine plant (Actinidia polygama) does anyone know potentially if it is available anywhere or if it's part of a prohibited plants list?
Is there somewhere I can go to check?
Do your worst!
It really does, I swear!
For context I'm a Refuse Driver (Garbage man) & today I was on food waste. After I'd tipped I was checking the wagon for any defects when I spotted a lone pea balanced on the lifts.
I said "hey look, an escaPEA"
No one near me but it didn't half make me laugh for a good hour or so!
Edit: I can't believe how much this has blown up. Thank you everyone I've had a blast reading through the replies π

Translator notes:
1232:
One interesting thing about Japanese is that it often just uses adjectives as exclamations unto themselves, whereas in English a full imperative sentence is required for the same effect. In this case, the Japanese that I translated to "watch out" in the first panel was abunai, which literally just means "dangerous", but when used unto itself as an assertion, it conveys an implicit command to the listener - in this case, that the person ought to take care to avoid the danger. Another recent example of this came in episode 1229, in which meiwaku was used as an exclamation to indicate annoyance or bother with a situation, despite the fact that it's just a noun that means "a trouble", or "a bother". Emotional outbursts are the most commonly found situations in language where you reaaaaally have to do a slant translation that conveys the emotional communication rather than the actual words used.
1233:
The title of this episode is quite loosely translated. The exact title is Nayameru Waka-Neko, or "Young Cat Who Is Able to Be Worried", but that sounded... very strange when rendered directly in English. I figured that the main point of the title is that the cat is surprised to be worried, or is not expected to be worried, so I did my best to come up with an alternate title that more naturally conveyed that idea in English.
Another point I should mention is that Japanese and English often have quite different ways of rendering the same sound effect, which often presents a bit of a conundrum regarding how to best translate vocalized sound effects. English typically renders a cat's voice as "meow", whereas Japanese typically renders it as "ny

This sub is mostly just NSFW puns now.
If it needs a NSFW tag it's not a dad joke. There should just be a NSFW puns subreddit for that.
Edit* I'm not replying any longer and turning off notifications but to all those that say "no one cares", there sure are a lot of you arguing about it. Maybe I'm wrong but you people don't need to be rude about it. If you really don't care, don't comment.
