A list of puns related to "Accessory (legal term)"
Think logically about it.
All those Seth Rogen-type faux intellectual βliberalsβ you meet IRL who tell you theyβre happily not having kids because theyβre either sterilized by chronic drug use, donβt want the responsibility of parenthood, think kids are too stressful, not worth the trouble, contribute to global warming/imminent manmade climategeddon etc.
Are these the REAL reasons theyβre not having kids while they OPENLY promote their DESTRUCTION???
Or are Democrats simply of the Devil?
There is nothing in tenant law that prohibits a landlord from evicting a tenant for failing to comply with the terms of a lease, even if the term includes putting in a window A/C unit.
Landlords are required to provide heat which must maintain minimum temperature standards for habitable spaces, but when it comes to tenants using A/C units to maintain habitable living temperatures many leases forbid the use due to their "unsightly appearance".
In a city that puts property aesthetics over human health and safety, you have to wonder if maybe A/C should become a standard tenant right.
Thoughts?
Iβm just curious, when home birth is only allowed from 37+ weeks, is there a grace period? For instance even though viability is 24 weeks, hospitals will still try to resuscitate at like 23+4. If I went into labor at 36+4 could my midwife really not deliver me at home?
This is purely hypothetical and out of curiosity about how that works especially since ultrasound dating isnβt 100% accurate!
I'm don't tend to do multi-crew, though really at this point it consists mostly of manning turrets so... but I want to have a decent ship for running cargo, the legal and illegal kinds. And I'm considering getting rid of my Cutty for now and trying out the MSR for cargo running and smuggling. I know the MSR isn't as good at solo combat as the Cutty at this moment (before blades) but as a cut and run cargo freighter, it might be superior, even as a solo ship. I'm curious what my fellow citizens think?
If the judge says they will take everything one party says as absolute fact but it wonβt change the ruling So it doesnβt even matter whether itβs actually factual or not, Is there a legal term for the situation? Thanks
I'm not saying USA is the only one, but I would rank it high up there. Their laws are the least bloodthirsty. UK arresting people for shit said on twitter is a terrible, terrible legal system. Now, my country, Canada, isn't that different. So the vast majority of countries, in my opinion, have a much, much worse legal system.
Yes, being called names suck. I am gay, it sucks, but again, rudeness is not violence. If say rude things is 'violence' then no one can ever say 'I hate you, you suck, thanks for cheating on me' or some shit.
A country of immense freedom is a good thing. It's just cruel to me to subjugate someone to prison just because you dislike them. Prison is a torturous place. Its for people who are actually a danger to society.
For instance if a gay couple gets married in State A, and state B does not recognize it as a legal marriage, but state C does, then state A has ____ with state C.
It's one word.
My parents had a marriage that shouldn't have been or at least been as long as it lasted which led to physical and emotional violence all around that left literal scarring on me. I want to have a long term girlfriend but the thought of being legally bonded to someone terrifies me and seems generally unnecessary to me. If I love someone a government document shouldn't have to be required for the other person to feel secure, because two people are only or mostly together because it would be too inconvenient or expensive to divorce I dont see how any sort of happiness is possible
Unfortunetly Im sure that I already know what the answer is, but just for kicks, is there any chance that a girl (woman) dating men who are in their mid-late 20s would be understanding and accepting of such a thing? Or does no one give a shit and I'm supposed to capitulate and sacrifice my feelings? To make things worse I did date a girl who turned out to have BPD which she didn't disclose until late in the relationship, during which she kept pressuring me about how I felt about marriage. Luckily I was able to see the kind of person she really was before it got any more serious but to see how two faced people can be scared me.
It's not much, but I will also be the sole heir of my father and will inherit a partial share of a decent size farm. One mistake my father made was putting my mother's name on his part when he got married which was then used as leverage against him in divorce court. I live in a big agriculture area and most people know how valuable farmland is...so that being said I also have that to keep in mind as things such as marrying just for money is common
A great way to save yourself a lot of taxes in the future is to start up a self directed Roth IRA. You have a limit to how much you can add each year and you canβt officially cash out until 65, but literally all the trades and gains during that time, made with the money you put in, is tax free. Youβll have to open a dedicated account that only deals with the IRA money and will be used as the hub for when you get in/out of positions. The caveat is that it canβt stay as $ for long as it has to be in an asset.
Talk to a CPA for the details and how to set it up. I have a buddy who did it a year ago and is very happy, of course. Iβm currently waiting for my appointment to attempt to switch my 403b money into a self directed IRA, so we will see.
Edit: I just wanted to be clear by what I meant with tax free. You are taxed when you make the initial investment and not when you eventually cash out. So if you put 6k in theyβll take 1.5k and you can then buy the crypto with 4.5k with a future tax rate at cash out of %0.
Remember, the name of the game is βhow much can you keepβ, not βhow much can you makeβ.
A right to be gay or dress how you want without being harassed versus a right to be racist or not get a covid vaccine while having to deal with severe non-legal consequences for doing so
Im curious to know if its even possible? Or if they just cant because there no way to find the actual owners of the hacks or? Its obviously against terms and conditions and other stuff that they could pursue legally right or no?
For those of you who missed it, there was a small but legally significant update to SuperCell Terms Of Service.
For reference, here's a summary of the changes: https://clashofclans.com/blog/supercell/updated-tos-2021.html
And here's the new complete ToS: https://supercell.com/en/terms-of-service/
There are two main changes I find to be exceptionally noteworthy:
Forced Arbitration for US / Canadian Players
The new term basically says that for any dispute with SuperCell, players are required attempt to resolve any disputes informally directly with SuperCell first, followed by arbitration with the 3rd party arbitrator (of SuperCell's choosing) after 30 days.
I find terms like these to be abusive to players. They should be illegal, IMO - and in many jurisdictions they are illegal. There is one interesting gem of info burried in the new Terms Of Service: the named email address for which to contact SuperCell to start your dispute:
legal-requests@supercell.com
We previously didn't have an official email address to contact SuperCell for anything. Now we have one.
Should informal arbitration fail, players are required to continue formal arbitration with "American Arbitration Association". http://adr.org. I haven't had a chance yet to dig into their track record, but most of these arbitration providers side predominantly with their customers (the people paying their fees, which is SuperCell, not the player).
Next up: Section 8.5 - No Class Actions
This section stipulates that player agrees to only bring claims against SuperCell on an individual basis and that you cannot bring a claim against SuperCell in any form of class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. This type of term is called a "Class Action Waiver". Class Action Waiver terms are abusive to the end user, attempt to strip consumers of their legal rights, should be illegal, and actually are illegal in many jurisdictions.
These two changes marks a new era for SuperCell to provide even lower quality of Support to players than ever before in the history of the game. They are actively making changes to their terms to attempt to mitigate their legal obligations to players should they be responsible for causing financial harm to them (think lost or stolen accounts when players spent actual money, for example).
For reference, here's a link to National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA) position on forced arbitration:

... keep reading on reddit β‘I've got a feeling it had 'prospecting' as part of it but Googling that just gives me things to do with laws relating to actual prospecting.
I was looking at this article: https://www.nerdwallet.com/article/taxes/capital-gains-tax-rates
Mid 20s, working as a junior data engineer, making okay. I tried out the article's calculator. I live alone in an apartment and my goal is to help pay off my family's mortgage in another state and pay the student debt for my brother, sister, and myself. I can't help but notice that regardless of what the outcome is of GME, short-term capital gains takes a large bite out of it.
Don't get me wrong, I don't want to evade my taxes. I just want to adopt good financial strategies on how to maximize my finances and my goals and research more.
Also don't worry, I won't be selling all of the shares I have. Diamond hand forever, right?
Which legal words do you hear pronounced differently? I just got into a debate with my (non-lawyer) husband over βmagistrate.β He says βmagi-straitβ but I say βmagistrit.β I know his way is right BUT am I wrong?

I also say βdepβ instead of βdepoβ for short.
