A list of puns related to "Abnormal posturing"
Hiya miruthangamist and morsingist here (24M) in UK
As a child, I learnt the miruthangam and morsing in the UK from teachers who were semi-self taught. I noticed that they walked irregularly, particularly with their right foot significantly turned out. They limped slightly with their right foot. Their shoulders were also visibly uneven. Their gait was very uneven when walking. They were good people but they weren't very physically fit or healthy. They also seemed to be more interested in impressing other people and building a reputation rather than enjoying the music and getting us to enjoy and love the music.
At the time, as a child, I didn't link their irregular posture to their playing of musical instruments; I thought nothing of it. I thought their gait might be caused by their obesity. My parents noticed it too but didn't link it to their playing of the miruthangam; my dad also linked it to their obesity.
It was interesting to learn these instruments but my main hobby was sports, particularly athletics and football. I was open to learning music but sports and athletics was my true love.
As I started training towards my arrangatrams in both instruments and spent larger amounts of time rehearsing (from 3 to 8 hours a day), I developed extreme postural abnormalities relating to the ways I was taught to sit with the miruthangam and morsing. When I played both instruments, my limbs were very significantly uneven and contracted in these positions for many hours a day. So it wasn't surprising that my limbs started moving asymmetrically when walking.
With hindsight, I realise that these teachers taught something that they weren't actually qualified to teach. They did not finish grades. They fell out with the examiners and did not want to us take graded exams. Instead, they wanted us to learn to perform because they thought that was more important than mere pieces of paper that certify our abilities.
They themselves played well but had very poor form and very poor posture as a result.
These imbalances that developed during intense arrangatram practice ended my athletics and sporting careers at 13. On a daily basis, my balance is affected.
The ground contact of my right foot (the side the rested the miruthangam on) is affected when walking especially when turning whilst walking. This severe asymmetry stems from the hip. The imbalances stem from having my hips and lower back uneven when sitting. To avoid the pain from sitting on my sit b

The neuro exam found a horizontal nystagmus that the family doctor had not noticed. The cranial perimeter is at the upper limit of normal for his age. The fontanel is normotensive. Cervical spine x-ray is without abnormality.
MRI found an infratentorial brain tumor.
The child underwent an emergency ventriculoperitoneal shunt, but the tumor was neurosurgically inaccessible. Cytological analysis of the ventricular cerebrospinal fluid and spinal MRI find a leptomeningeal metastatic extension.
I had to accompany my resident to tell parents who thought their son had a benign torticollis that he was going to die of metastatic medulloblastoma.
During the announcement consultation, I did everything I could to hold back the tears, to no avail. After that, the resident let me know that it wasn't acceptable to cry in front of patients. Why, though? I'm definitely not implying that he would be wrong, I'm just trying to understand why it would be unacceptable. Also, how do you handle these kinds of situations?
I have flat feet, slight bow legs (can fit two fingers in between knees) and anterior pelvic tilt. I suspect I may have have supple flat feet due to my ability to create an arch when I am standing. I plan on seeing a professional within the next few months but I want to try and see if anyone might have some input on what could be causing all of these postural issues. Perhaps someone who holds a better understanding of the human body has run into a situation like mine. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Over the past several months, my mom has had a lot of trouble with upper back/neck rigidity and to a lesser degree, leg weakness. She's seen a couple MDS', who both thought it could be camptocormia. After reading about camptocormia, I'm a little unsure about it because I've read it should go away when someone lies down, and whatever is going on with y mom does not go away when she lies down.
Is camptocormia in PD different than camptocormia in other contexts, or could it's persistence when lying down suggest it's not camptocormia?
Holy shit. Just read this story where this girl was saying she wanted puberty so bad so she could get her boobs. She was excited. Iโve seen videos of little girls getting super excited to get their first training bra. (why?!) Growing up I read a book about a girl that lied that she got her period, so she would feel included with her friends. She was sad that she didnโt have her period (what?!?)
Never in a million years would kid me have thought like that. Puberty was traumatic, not even kidding. Iโd have nightmares about getting my period for the first time. I sobbed when I did. Bras were shameful and an embarrassment. I wore jackets constantly, even on hot summer days to cover up my boobs. I would purposely arch my back and ruin my posture so that my boobs would look smaller.
I had no idea it was so abnormal. You mean to tell me, other girls didnโt feel utter shame over their new body? They WANTED IT?? What?!
Genuine question for happily cis women. Why.
This is the last chapter we'll have with Andrew's main story for probably a good while, so let's make it a good one huh?
I hope you enjoy!

"This seems like more than just a get-together." I said, looking over the ocean of former champions.
It was like looking at Times Square... times five.
Hyun was up at a podium overlooking the massive throng, she then cleared her throat, and a sound system kicked into life, producing a clear but not overbearing sound all around the area.
"Hello champions, thank you all for coming to the post-round banquet! We have plenty of refreshments suited to each of your dietary needs. If you need to use the facilities, there are a set for each thirteen quebs, so you shouldn't ever have to walk very far. Make sure to mingle and have a good time, but just remember..."
Suddenly, the entire room started to shake and the sounds of lightning flared up from outside the complex.
"If you start any fights or do anything else unsavory, I will erase you from existence where you stand, and not even your gods will be able to save you."
Then, just as if it had never happened at all, the ground stopped shaking and the lightning subsided. "Have a good time everyone!"
Hyun then put down the microphone and walked away from the podium.
For a little bit, everyone was a little too scared to move, but over time, everyone relaxed and it became a pretty average party, albeit large.
I scanned the crowd for familiar faces and found a few, but before I could, I heard the sound of a slap, followed by Hund yelping.
I turned to see Hund nursing his hand and Ayula with a semi-aggressive posture. "Hund, I told you, your punishment is no food until I've forgiven you."
"Honestly I saw all of this food and just forgot... I mean, there's some traditional Fifska meals here, and after so long-"
Ayula chuckled. "Well, I'll make sure to stick around you so that your punishment is administered properly."
Hund chuckled too. "I'm glad to hear that... or at least most of that."

Yes, Magnus Carlsen is high on the autism spectrum.
It is curious how many here who know nothing about autism are declaring him โinnocent,โ as if autism is the worst thing in the world for him to have. Many people that were thought to be strange or socially abnormal 40 years ago when I was a kid we now realize are on the autism spectrum, and their strangeness is explained by common autism characteristics. As someone who teaches many special needs children, here are the autistic traits I noticed within Magnus:
We are close to your location, your shuttle will arrive soon.
It was just him, a large metallic briefcase, and his luxury spinner in the dead of night.
They had told him to wait at this exact location, with a timeframe precise to a second.
A timeframe that dictated the shuttle to appear in 43 seconds, to the dot.
He took one final glance at the image hidden inside the medallion he wore. โSoonโ he calmly whispered, โSoonโฆโ
Heโd thrown billions at every organization who had promised him a solution, scoured every planet of every system of the cluster, even ventured out to a handful of Xeno civilizations to see if they had an elixir for his predicament.
It never worked, every game-changing startup, every overpromising alien salesman, always to end in tragic failure, yet his desperation only increased with every successive failure, his drive piercing every dark corner of the cluster that his fortune could permit.
And it all led him to this, to the boogeymen.
He was not one to argue, for all the enigmatic messaging and cryptic information that the alien organization seemed so fond of, what they showed seemed lightyears ahead of anything heโd seen throughout his search.
Sure he was dealing with the boogeymen of the cluster, yet heโd dealt with far more insidious characters inside parliaments and offices than what heโd conversed with the mysterious beings.
Heโd already deposited a hefty sum, not of money but one of goods. Exotic plants, animals, genetic data, cultural artefacts, the list could go on and on. Collectively it had already cost him a moonโs worth, yet it made sense. Why would an advanced alien organization want fiat money when priceless artefacts and near-extinct species were up on the discussion table?
The cost was set to only increase as they furthered neared completion of their work, yet that was acceptable, for it would once again bring meaning and purpose back to his now dull life.
He gazed at his platinum lined watch, precisely 43 seconds had just passed.
We have arrived
The alien shuttle seemingly emerged from the air itself, its matte black exterior revealing itself as the shuttle silently decelerated to a halt, only to hover a dozen meters before where he stood.
It reminded him of the cloaking technology his R&D department was working on for the military, though this version was the real tangible thing, unlike the never-ending sinkhole his project had become.
As it sat suspended above the ground a set of stairs

If faced with a sick patient call for senior help early. It was sudden, not gradual pain (there was no trauma/fall/etc) and we cannot figure out the cause of pain. I have a great deal of pain when I bend backwards (even an inch) and I have stabbing pain in my SI joints and deal with pain shooting down my leg but it is very random and not consistent at all (could happen several times in one day then not happen for 2-3 weeks).
I had been very active for the past couple years (before I got the pain), I did boxing, weight lifting, running, hiking, yoga, you name it. When I got the pain, I ignored it and kept working out for 3 more months, then reality set in that the pain wasn't going away.
I ended up seeing about 5 doctors (1 orthopedic, 3 spine specialists, 1 neurosurgeon). Nobody could diagnose me. I've had an MRI, several X-rays, bone scan, blood work and there have been no abnormalities. Only thing that has been found is slight scoliosis, pelvic tilt and a 'mild' disc bulge but they are all so minor that they are not the cause of my pain (according to the doctors).
I have have trigger-point injections, spine epidural, SI joint injection, and more treatments such as PT, chiropractor, reiki, massage, acupuncture, shoe lift, muscle relaxers, NSAIDS, back brace and I have corrected my before poor posture since I had terrible lordosis. No treatment has worked so far, even the topical solutions (biofreeze/salonpas) I use to relieve pain for just an hour have stopped working.
I'm very tired. I've had many doctors dismiss my pain, telling me I'm too young for this amount of pain or just sending me home and telling me to 'live with it' (both very true stories). I am seeing a neurologist in March but I feel like this is never going to end. I'm 19 yet I can't do simple tasks without having to lie down and rest.
Any ideas of what to do next? Any ideas of what this is?

Xant left Jasmineโs side and made his way over to Rynard, the captain was keeping a close eye as the rusting human vehicle rattled and roared to life.
The captain looked ready to chase after the car, sucking air through his teeth.
โShould we leave her alone with them?โ Rynard growled softly, an unease sat between them.
โI trust she can handle two of her own species, even if one seemed to have an abhorrent temperament,โ Xant added, running a hand over his ears, โif anything were truly sinister, the dogs would have certainly announced it.โ
Rynard snorted loudly.
โShe gave you orders Doc?โ
โFollow the lieutenant and get his side of the events,โ Xant relayed, โThe situation was delicate before more humans were plucked out from the void, I fear the upheaval would tip the balance out of our favour,โ
โNot that it was in our favour to begin with,โ Rynard muttered, looking down at Xant, the soldiers aging gaze weary, โThings have been running smoothly for too long,โ
Action was rewarded with action, inaction earned nothing; as was the rule of balance, the universe struck out at those who got too comfortable, if they did nothing the situation would only get tenser.
Rynard peeled his eyes away from the disappearing vehicle and turned his attention across the hangar. The pricking, sheer cold of the lieutenant's presence was still detectable to him.
โThe lieutenantโs still in the hangar, he's going to see the engine lord,โ Rynard stated.
Xantโs ears went flat.
A short while ago he never would have imagined interrupting a Lieutenant and an Engine lord, but his perspective on the matter was changing. Xant wasn't just a citizen anymore, he was the only scientist who understood human intricacies, he was a part of Jasmineโs entourage and cultural translator for the Galactic council. He could no longer be kept out of the loop, and he had enough authority now that he could demand to be the centre of it.
The Engine lords quarters were claustrophobic, crammed with more equipment than Xant had ever seen. A nest of organic cables and electronic receptors,

The first "paranormal" experience I had was back when my age was in the single digits, around 7-8 years old. I grew up in the Midwest, Ohio to be more specific. The town (village as we grew up calling it) was not large by any means, around 40-50 people at the most. During this time my family didn't have the internet, or cable TV. Cell phones were just starting to become mainstream (Mid 90's era) and as such entertainment was mostly chores or roaming the surrounding area exploring.
My house was backed by fairly dense woods, there was a steep decline with a relatively flat wooded area where a creek ran through. This creek wasn't very deep (waist deep in certain areas but mostly knee or ankle deep) but it was wide. Growing up I lived in those woods, hiking up and down the creek, mapping the woods, exploring a few long abandoned and collapsed houses that nature reclaimed. I lived and breathed nature and those woods were my home away from home.
My father grew up in that area, my aunt, uncle, and cousins lived just next door and it was a pretty close knit community. Naturally everyone has "ghost" stories about their home town, a haunted house, a tragedy of some sort that remains a stain on its history. My village was no different, my father would always tell stories about ghosts or abnormal happenings he experienced in his youth. One thing he would always tell me when I told him I was going into the woods was "the trees may not walk about or talk, but they do see and remember." I always thought of that as him saying don't be stupid out there.
My first encounter with the people of the woods, which is what I always called them was when I was on one of my daily excursions into the the wild green. It was mid July and it was hot and humid, I stuck mostly to the creek as it was cool, and I didn't have to battle my way through thick undergrowth. I hiked approximately about two miles along the creek hunting for crawdads (crawfish) and looking for signs of deer, rabbit or the fabled albino squirrel.
I kept traveling and eventually arrived at a relatively open field that had waist high grass, and I frequently stopped here to gather wild black berries, rest, and spook the few white tailed deer bedded in the area. But that day was different. As I drew closer to the field I noticed someone standing in the field. Instinctively I slowed down low

I have recently been doing some research (yes, actual research, not just clicking the first link and going 'yeah thats me') into JHS and HMS because I have been struggling with aches and pains in my joints, in particular the knees. I have experienced these pains for most of my life, but only mildly up until the last few years, in which I have found that everything aches all the the time and I am constantly tired. I experience pain most notably in my back (lower and upper), knees (most predominant), and shoulders.
I have always been quite flexible as noted by family members, both elbows and knees overextend and my spine is quite flexible (strangely on when bending backwards, I can't even touch my toes when bending forward).
My elbows almost never cause me pain, whereas my knees are almost constantly aching or feeling strained, as does my spine (although some of this maybe attributed to bad posture). My ankles and wrists are quite weak, I constantly roll my ankles and I struggle to hold a half full saucepan with one hand (where in contrast others do this easily with the same weight). I also struggle to build muscle (I don't actively try to do this, but I have done a fair bit of manual labour throughout my life and there is next to no muscle build up), and I struggle with strength in my arms, which puts strain on my shoulders.
Also notably I have flat feet and always have so this may contribute to some of the knee and lower back pain.
I have been to one appointment with a physiotherapist about my knees specifically and was given some exercises and nothing more. I wasn't asked about any other joint problems or abnormalities (that I remember, poor memory sorry), but I guess that's fair enough because I was there about my knees.
I have found that I have a lot (but not all) of the symptoms described for JHS on multiple sites (including the nhs).
What I need help with is actually getting a diagnosis. I am 18 years old and at uni currently but I have quite bad social anxiety and I keep feeling paranoid that because my experiences do not line up fully with how JHS is described I will be wasting a doctor's time because I don't have it. I guess you call call it whatever the opposite of hypochondria is. I am also worried that because of my age I will be seen as one of the incorrect self-diagnosers that people of my generation are somewhat stereotyped to be.

I recently made a post and a few comments asked how I became pain free from RSI. It was originally a comment but it got way to long so i thought to just post it here.
I will give a little more backstory to what I have already written as it will help you to understand more about my journey.
I originally got 'RSI' about two years ago from playing too much League of Legends (Like 8+ hours during quarantine). I noticed a sharp shooting pain in my fingers from time to time whilst playing and general pain across my whole hand. I initially ignored it until it got too bad to do anything with. After this I realised this was a huge problem and began to take steps to deal with it. I'm a medical student so I started researching online for general health advice and started reading research papers. I also browsed on reddit and came across this subreddit ages ago and spent a whole night reading almost every single post for advice.
Here are some of the things I tried over the next six months. First of all, from reading online it made sense that resting would give the body time to recover. I also had read online that complete from all typing was the only solution, so I tried this. It was incredibly hard for me to abstain from using my PC after using it basically all day, especially during quarantine and later summer holidays. At this point though, the pain had kept getting worse and worse and I was becoming increasing desperate and was willing to do anything to make the pain stop. I took a break for a week and my fingers felt much better. I went to test them on the keyboard doing a simple typing test. For the first one or two minutes it seemed that there was improvement but after even just five minutes, the pain returned just as bad as it was previously. I was extremely frustrated. Some days I would just give up play League for a few hours in terrible pain. At this point the pain had completely taken over my life, to have everything you like to do taken from you is very tough. I was also extremely worried and stressed about my future.
I also tried many other things: I got a few different ergonomic keyboards and an ergonomic chair; they didn't really help. I saw two physiotherapists. The first one I saw was alright and kind of helped for a few days but no lasting improvement. I also had other symptoms by this point. I had extreme sensitivity/pain at the very tips of my fingertips - just touching a keyboard or my phone would bring on this pain. After about 4 or 5 session

Rationale of this discussion:
I am not sure but, by this discussion, it may be so that I am trying to understand sexuality of human beings, man's and woman's. My musings in this post may be subjective and at the end of it all, my thinking may get altered. Or may be, we together, could come to a general consensus. It is my endeavor to study human nature. This is the second post of this kind. The first one, which concerned good and evil, was blocked by the mods. [I am thinking of coming up with an edited version of that blocked question.]. Hoping this stays.
Context:
>Plato, according to Elaine Hoffman Baruch, "[argued] for the total political and sexual equality of women, advocating that they be members of his highest class... those who rule and fight." Book five of Plato's The Republic discusses the role of women: "Are dogs divided into hes and shes, or do they both share equally in hunting and in keeping watch and in the other duties of dogs? Or do we entrust to the males the entire and exclusive care of the flocks, while we leave the females at home, under the idea that the bearing and suckling their puppies is labor enough for them?". The Republic states that women in Plato's ideal state should work alongside men, receive equal education, and share equally in all aspects of the state.

From then onward we have come a long way, though lot desires to be done, in terms of women empowerment. The spread of 'equality of women' is not at a even scale among all sections of the society. It varies from total, among some sections of the society and to nil, among some sections of the society and the grey area in between. For example in some sections of the societies of developed countries women empowerment is almost total and in rural areas of a third world country like India, it is almost nil, although we did have a very powerful and dominant, almost autocratic, woman as our Prime minister.
The case that we would be discussing here is the sexuality of women, among those who have achieved almost total equality with men.
Point of discussion:
Normal sexual act begins with sexual attraction facilitated by the senses and culminates with the sexual act.
Let us keep the discussion limited purely to "sexuality of empowered women" only i.e related to the role of empowered women in the sexual act between a male and a female, who are sexually attracted by each other and not delve into the related matters of love, commitmen

Im making this post to see if anyone has seen a similar reaction to the lepto vaccine, or has any advice about how I can manage this in the future.
My dog just got the second shot of her lepto series a couple days ago. She's about 1 year and 7 months old, 50 lbs, a mutt, super healthy and active. She had no reaction to the first shot in the series. She also hasnt ever had a reaction to any other vaccine. But after her second shot, her reaction was so severe that I ended up taking her to the emergency vet. I noticed about two hours after her shot that she was sleeping a lot more than usual. So I called her name and when she tried to stand up from the couch she whimpered and fell back down. I was concerned so I called her over and she was able to get up off the couch and walk over to me. Her body was completely bent over with her back hunched and her tail tucked against her stomach. She was also leaning over to the side. When she tried to walk more, it seemed like her back legs were super stiff, and the way she was holding herself looked like she had pain in her back end. This was weird to me because she received her shot behind her neck. I also noticed that she would cry whenever she sat/ laid down or stood back up. And she also cried when I would touch the injection site but I know thats pretty normal. The level of pain she was in really scared me so I decided to take her to the emergency vet. I'm not someone who takes their dog to the vet often, but I know my dog's body language and I could tell something was very wrong.
I had to carry my dog out to the car and into the vet, and she was whimpering and looking terrified. At the vet, they took her vitals and said everything looked fine which was a relief. The vet said she could tell my dog was in a lot of pain so she prescribed her pain medication (gabapentin). She also said I could give her benadryl but we both agreed that her reaction didn't look like inflammation/ allergies so I decided against it because I didn't want to give her too many things that would make her sleepy so I could get a more realistic idea of how she was doing.
What I thought was strange was that the vet said she had never seen a reaction like this to the lepto vaccine and that it seemed really abnormal. That didn't really

A/N: Hello everybody! As announced on Tuesday, today is the semi-anniversary of the A job for a deathworlder series, and I thought I should probably do a little something to show my appreciation for your continued support over the months. That is why today, I not only give you this short collection of shorts and antics that happened during some of the timeskips in the story, but I will also be answering your questions, either in Character or in general!
How does it work?
It's easy! Just leave your question in the comments. If you want to ask one of the characters a question for it to be answered in Character, phrase it as if you would be asking them (and include their name of course) or prefice it with something like "Question of Sam Sampleman:". Of course I won't give any answers that would spoil anything and also retain my right to refuse questions that I feel are inappropriate, but otherwise, go wild!
I will try to answer as many questions as possible, even some of those added sometime in the future, but I can't promise to answer everything satisfactorily and I apologize if maybe some things end up getting left out.
P.S.: Yes I am very proud of that title
Anyway, it has been one hell of a ride so far and I hope you will be sticking with me as the story continues. This has been Lanzen, and I hope you enjoy

A job for a deathwordler: Abnormalities and Antics
The daily life on the G.E.S. -32 is a generally quiet one. Maybe one wouldnโt suspect this, given the military power and modern, competitive scientific research happening on board, but one would be wrong. The isolated nature of the ship drifting through the galactic void at over light speed means a calm and routined day to day life for its crewmembers.
However, the brains of different species are structured differently, and for some people it is harder to be content with an easy, predictable life.
And while one of those can only do so much to alleviate boredom, when two of those abnormalities meet, they tend to enable each other in their search for stimulation, often leading to an escalation of measure in a short amount of time.
This often leads to a not minimal amount of annoyance for other crewmembers in the moment, but an assortment of future stories to tell in the long run.

Unsurely, Captain Uton opened the gate to the Shipโs cargo area, which was the onl

Note to new readers: Book 1, comprising Chapters 1 through 38, have been taken down and moved to Kindle Unlimited. If you're interested in reading the story from the beginning, you can find it here.
For the sake of HFY's Rule 7, here's a 350+ word description of Book 1 in pastebin form so this post doesn't get too cluttered.

<You mentioned cars before!> Diplomacy said, in a defensive tone.
Only to Elder Duran, and that was during one of our talks from a few months ago, Rob countered. Were you even โawakeโ back then?
<Yes.> They paused. <I think. Look, it doesnโt matter. Focus on the Fiends. Theyโre almost here and youโre still nagging me about a turn of phrase!>
An *Earth* turn of phrase. Rob stifled a groan. Whatever. Weโll talk about this later. Bring out the honeyed words and get your bullshit detector ready, because Iโm going to need you at your best.
<Of course,> Diplomacy grumbled. <I still canโt believe I missed the first ever diplomatic meeting between two races โ and all because I was sulking.> They smirked. <At least Iโve rubbed off on you enough that you didnโt totally cock it up.>
Robโs retort died in his mind as the Fiends came into view on the opposite end of the street. To make things fair, both sides represented in the negotiations had agreed upon a meeting location that was as neutral as possible. Theyโd picked a spot roughly halfway between their two territories that was out in the open road and with as little surrounding cover as possible for any sneaky assassin types to try and Archduke Franz Ferdinand someone. Agreeing to this seemingly obvious location had taken fucking forever to hash out, and the negotiations for the negotiations hadnโt ended there. The amount of people allowed to attend was just as important, as it established the exact kind of dick-waving contest that would be taking place.
In terms of numbers, each side was allowed to bring thirty people as an honor guard of sorts; fifteen Combat Class and fifteen Utility Class users. This left the Deserters in a bit of a dilemma, as they only had thirty Combat Class users to draw from, with seven of them being recently Class-Altered newbies. If they sent their fifteen best to make a good impression at the negotiations, it would leave nearly 1600 civilians in trouble if the Fiends attempted to ambush them while their leaders

I feel like whenever i am standing or doing activities for long periods of time (standing for an 8 hour shift, walking around a theme park, etc) I feel immense pain all through my legs and back but when i bring this up to other people they always respond with something like โoh yeah everyone feels that way/is in painโ but to me it doesnโt seem like it. Maybe iโm just missing cues from other people about how much pain they are in but no one ever seems like they are more than mildly discomforted where i feel like I am doubled over and occasionally on the verge of tears by the end of the day. Iโve thought that maybe bc iโm autistic i have a lower pain tolerance so itโs the same amount of pain i just feel it more deeply but i donโt know. Iโve also been told it may have something to do with the way i stand (abnormal posture and all). Iโm honestly not sure but i wanted to come on here and ask if anyone else has found they experience pain differently or have any similar experiences to mine.
