A fossil tree was found in northern Thailand measuring 72.2 meters, indicating that the original tree was over 100 meters high and has been in a moist tropical forest for about 800,000 years.

sub 2 800 meters

I haven’t ran much in my life, I actually started a few months ago. I run the 800 and my pr is 2:31. I am curious as to if I can get that under 2:00 by senior year. I am currently a sophomore so I have time and I am very dedicated. I haven’t ran cross country yet but I definitely am participating next season. I plan to work my hardest to reach it never letting up. So after a cross country season and training I could probably run a 2:15-2:20, but I want to know if I can break that as long as I keep training.

Should I use the 750-800 meters method if the plane's flying path cross my marked destination?

There are the fastest way to land to the ground, that is called the "750m-800m" method. You jump in a perpendicular fashion (your character's vision perpendicular to the character's landing line), at the same time, drag the screen to the bottom, move the joystick towards the 10h30 direction (if your marked destination is on the left of your character), the 1h30 direction (if your marked destination is on the right of the character) Should I use the 750-800 meters method if the plane's flying path cross my marked destination? Should I wait for the plane to cross my marked destination and then jump and put my vision straight to the ground? Or should I apply the 800m method: Although the marked destination is on my plane path, when the distance between me and my marked destination is somewhere between 750m-800m, I jump before the plane cross my marked destination, move my vision perpendicular with the landing path (aka the flying path of the plane, because the flying path cross my marked landing destination), and then applied the 800m landing method (234km/h)... Which is better? Should I jump when the distance between me and marked destination is 800 meter, or should I jump when the plane crosses my marked destination? *Sorry if my English is bad

My first 800 meter run time is 3:03 on an asphalt road. How does this compare against other first 800 meter run times on a road and does anyone have an estimation of what the time would be on an actual track?

My names Aiden i’m 15 and weigh about 130. I’m training to run track for in my sophomore year and track season starts at the end of January. I’m pretty fast i would say and in decent shape and i’ve played multiple sports before but haven’t since 8th grade due to a wrist injury so I can’t play sports that require heavy usage of my right hand so i decided to run track my freshman year but got in a fight and had to quit but i’m doing it again this year. I talked to my track coach and he said that he wanted me to run the 800 meter and do it in 2:20. So I measured my asphalt road and found it to be 803 meters and measured and marked the spot where it makes 800 to get the best time. I ran it earlier and got 3:13 but since I had only ate some fruity pebbles and takis with milk earlier that day plus the fact that I had to stop for a spit second at the end then continue cause my legs were tired from running uphill I decided to take 10 seconds off and just say it’s 3:03.
