When I was in Scouts, in Wisconsin, I was taught a German word that meant explosive diarrhea that's so bad that it's like vomitus, as if you were vomiting it out. I've been trying for years now to recall the word. Does anyone know it?

They say I’m supposed to attach emotion to trauma.
I should be angry,
Or sad,
Mad,
Bitter,
Resentful.
How do I feel...
If I learn my trauma
Has only ever kept me from
A present more wonderful
Than I had at one thought
Is the pain of learning
Of wonders...
A foolish wish
Of what I would have done sooner?
Could this be a medical problem or a discipline issue? I'm past my 6th molting and the 7th hasn't started yet. The doctor says I'm in great shape, and that my hurl is the best he's tasted. Any suggestions?
This is 100% hypothetical, I promise you there is no actual patient here. I know it's a bit of an odd question, but if anyone feels like answering it as much or as little as you'd like, I'd really appreciate it.
I'm just looking for a general estimate here, and specifically whether or not it could happen in say. less than six hours. By fever, shall we say, 100°F or higher?
Hypothetically, let's say you had a patient who wasn't otherwise ill, vomit due to say, motion sickness, and due to trying to hold it in to make it to a toilet, aspirated a small amount of vomitus.
Assume the amount was small enough to not cause any other(edit: apparent) complications, the person coughed it up, had a slightly sore throat for about an hour, then was otherwise fine. Patient is otherwise reasonably healthy with no other issues other than nicotine use (nicotine gum).
So would it be possible for that to cause a fever in less than six hours? by all means answer as much or as little as you like, but hypothetically, would you be more likely to assume it was just a coincidental coming down with a cold/flu?

Years ago, I loved listening to Vomitus Prime. First, it was hosted by Bill, Kurt, and Mandy. After a while, it was hosted by Bill and Will. I still think it's one of the funniest podcasts ever, but it hasn't been on iTunes for years and I can't find any of the episodes online. Does anyone know where to find all of the episodes?
