A list of puns related to "Vocal Language"
Hi,
My first language is Finnish and when I first started developing vocal tics, they were all in Finnish. My bf, who doesn't speak Finnish had to always ask what does my tics mean :D
Few months ago I moved in with my boyfriend and now that I use English 99% of the time, almost all my tics are in English. Some of my tics are still in Finnish but they're more rare..
Anyone else tics in multiple languages?
does anyone else like to constantly repeat words and phrases over and over again in languages you don't speak simply because the intonation and stuff just hit really nicely on the tongue sensory-wise? its a stim i always do at home when i'm able to unmask and it feels great. currently the language is japanese and the reason is that their syllables are cut off in a shorter amount of time than other languages i know. i often also have favourite stim words at a time too (currently its "KikkΕ" and "deshita", i know they're random as hell). does anyone experience this? and if you do what are your favourite words?
All those seem to be related to the same POIS pathology which seems like a whole-body constriction to me.
Until 2nd night of sleep after the last orgasm/ejaculation my shoulder/neck/upper chest area is very stiff and it becomes hard to do spontanenous movements when I feel like such as dancing cuz it's like my body is in a semi-frozen/hibernating kind of state and I need to literally consciously focus on doing movements I feel like cuz my whole body is "frozen/inhibited" almost like freeze response
The center of gravity seems to pull more towards the lower back/pelvis/stomach area and the back cannot be kept straight while sitting so it slouches down if I am not on 5+ days of abstinence as there is less energy in muscles
This feeling is similar to what you get if you push with your arms against a doorframe and then they feel exhausted and pulled inwards/downwards except in my case it appears after a full uninhibited ejaculation a.k.a. natural orgasm not inhibited by kegels or such and it is through the whole body and lasts for a few days
Try it someday - push with hands against the doorframe while standing between it and for some minutes your arms will feel as they are weakened by the forces of gravity, that is what I get on a larger scale whenever I orgasm/ejaculate
The worst is the knot in the neck/vocal chord area making my voice less loud so often when I speak in the first days of POIS people don't hear me or I have to re-say things several times
And the same tightness in the neck/face area combined with the brain fog often causes me to daydream and stare off into the distance for minutes until I re-focus again
It seems like a limbic/nervous system dysfunction keeping you in sympathetic/freeze dominant state, maybe that is why DNRS is the only thing that has benefitted ALL POISers who bought it
I become very slow because of this whole body tightness and end up sitting inside and not doing much cuz it feels like I have turtle speed/energy in my whole body until the 2nd night after last O when the POIS sleep disruptance goes away and a normal sleep initiates clearing out POIS symptoms
As an example of some ones we have here in the states:
βRed leather yellow leather, red leather yellow leatherβ
βAluminum linoleum aluminum linoleumβ
βThe teeth the lips the tip of the tongue, the teeth the lips the tip of the tongueβ
This is stuff for like making sure you arenβt slurring words before doing some kind of singing/speech/acting stuff.
Edit: itβs the TIP of the tongue, not the top. Thanks autocorrect.
I just realized that I have a deeper voice when I speak English compared to my Italian.
A young adult family member with autism speaks in a very hostile, defensive tone whenever spoken to, and uses aggressive, angry body language. I have asked him why he is so angry all the time and he insists he is not angry. However, anyone he speaks to interprets his emotional state as seething with barely suppressed rage.
Is the use of vocal tones and body language inappropriate to the person's emotional state common among persons with autism?

Just curious if anyone recognized any language of the vocals in the songs from the soundtrack. Did they flesh out a Freeman language fir the film, and is that what It sounds like? Or is it in Arabic or something? I know it's a lot of vocables and such, but it sounds like there's at least some language in there, too.
I know there are examples of different sign languages developing in communities but I was wondering are similar examples of mute communities developing audio languages or hybrid audio visual languages?
Or are there no such thing as mute communities in the same sense.
This can instantly make or break attraction for me. Even if a woman is extremely good looking on a purely physical level, if that other surface-level stuff isn't doing it for me then I won't feel attracted to her.
I matched with a woman earlier this year on an app. I thought she was kinda cute, but not exactly someone I would notice if I saw her in public. We arranged a video chat, and when it started I saw that she had this really expressive face and friendly body language. My attraction shot up almost right away and I knew I wanted to see her again.
It's kinda odd to me that people put so much stock into physical appearance alone, when that's only one piece of someone's allure to me.
Here is my Gundry playlist to get a sense of what I mean

Looking for prog/symphonic rock/metal with Spanish vocals. The more the merrier. Thank you!
Iβve never read the books or The Silmarillion, but I love the movies, especially the scores.
Iβm doing some LOTR type music that involves choir, but Iβm not sure which language to use for music. Iβm expecting it to differ between Rivendellβs music and LothlΓ³rienβs music.
Thanks!
I suspect that it might be Latin in particular. A lot of times artists speak in a sort of mumbled jumbled-together inflection. This makes them sound unique and is obviously more interesting to listen to, but I feel like it has a dual purpose. They probably specifically look for people who are good at taking latin phrase, and coming up with an english lyric that sounds similar enough to the latin. The problem is - I don't know latin.
Once you're looking for it, the confirmation bias kicks in and you can hear it sounds like they're using another language beacuase it's almost more distinct than the English we are supposed to here. It sounds like short words/syllables like "le ta ho fi" and you can tell when they switch to it, it's only some of the lyrics, usually in repeated parts of the song like the chorus or hook.
I hope this thought reaches the right person!
In my ATB post, I said that I think my voice is deeper in English compared to when I speak in Italian.
