Edward Carson was from Harcourt Street in Dublin born to a very Wealthy Anglo-Scottish family, he was educated at Portarlington school in county Laois, Wesley College Dublin and Trinity College Dublin. Carson was a typical upper middle class Protestant and would have no doubt naturally spoken with a posh Dublin accent. However Carson instead deliberately put on a strong working class Dublin brogue to convince people of his Irishness. As St. John G. Ervine wrote in 1915 "No other Irishman speaks with so deliberate a brogue or says what so obviously "phwat.""
How do you start UVF revolt as Ireland? What path/investigation choices are you supposed to pick in order to get them to revolt?
I tried going “OFN” path, suppressing IRA (Power 8%) and ICG (Power 1%), while just trying to piss off UVF making them extreme angry. For some reason IRA revolted managed to revolt with only 8% of power, while UVF didn’t do anything. Any suggestions on how to make UVF revolt?
I dont mention other Republican groups like the INLA because they dont seem to get mentioned much either. I understand that the IRA has the highest body count during the troubles. They were the most funded and well known of the terrorist groups. They killed and maimed so many people, it is awful how much suffering they caused, and it is understandable that a spotlight is shined on them to remind the world of their misdeeds, but it seems as if the Loyalist paramilitaries don't get as much notoriety. They maimed and murdered many people as well. They weren't as prolific with the bombing, but they still carried out deadly bomb attacks (Dublin/Monaghan bombing for example) that maimed and killed. They would kill random civilians at will. They would break into people homes raping and killing whoever was inside, women, children, it didnt matter, going into random bars shooting indiscriminately, just picking off random people walking down the street and murdering them. They caused much suffering to individuals and familes just like the IRA, were just as bad as the IRA, yet they dont get mentioned nearly as much. They dont get named and shamed as much as they should.

Thinking of adding acupuncture into my ivf journey. I am currently waiting on test results, if all goes well frozen transfer should be around mid March. Has anyone tried acupuncture or have any input if it helped the process or even helped dr- stress? Also if so, How many days a week and did you seek out a fertility acupuncture dr. I’m having basically no luck finding any information relevant to this question simply due to how niche of a question it is.
I’m looking at a rifle that has a UVF (Ulster Volunteer Force) cartouche on it, which I would like to add to my collection. But I have to say that this cartouche looks nicer than any other example of it I’ve seen. So a small part of me thinks it may be fake.
On the other hand, I can’t find a single example or comment on the internet about UVF cartouches being faked, and that combined with the relatively obscure nature of UVF-marked guns would lead me to think there would be almost no reason for somebody to make a fake in the first place.
Does anyone know any information about this or possibly know anyone who is more of an SME on it that I could contact?
