New England, closest tree is a red oak. I think this oak has some health issues. ID'd some turkey tail at the base of it's trunk around some tree wounds. Lawn in the area not great. I'm a huge WT guy. I picked up a .375ml of WT101 to keep in my kitchen for my cook's pour and it is full of wet, earthy, mossy, oak on the finish. So much so that I'm tasting it in my mouth still after 45 mins. It's definitely a thought provoking pour it's kind of a turn off to me. Anyone else experience this lately? Where can I get a good Turkey Dinner in Sherman oaks under $20?
Whole family isn't doing thanksgiving, and I don't have enough to make a full dinner myself. Are there any good places where I can get a good plate with the usual fixins? 2 hours ago I bought the sizzler turkey dinner and nearly threw up, it tastes like they packaged that food last thanksgiving.

First smoked turkey on the offset. 10½ lbs, smoked with Central Texas, Post Oak. Temp maintained between 275-300° until she was 165° internal. The skin was crisp and smokey, while the meat was still moist and tender. There's just something about doing it with a stick burner.
