I'm on PS5 and I originally bought the base game for PS4 on release and is one of my favourite games ever. However when the Directors Cut was released with the DLC and PS5 upgrades I didn't buy it due to the steep price that it had for what it was offering. Unfortunately it seems the upgrade price hasn't been lowered or gone on sale since then even though the Directors Cut has so now I'm left to assume that the price won't change. My question is, is the DLC worth getting given the price tag as I've heard it has something to do with Jin's father which I find interesting. Also monkeys. I didn't post this on r/shouldibuythisgame because I didn't want to write an essay.

If any of this is legit, they seem to have an extensive background of QA with AAA devs, and have apparently worked with Sucker Punch in the past.
Many of the features listed seem to be plausible, and a few things mentioned have already been confirmed.
