TL;DR Make the Eunuchs a permanent and interesting theme in the campaign when playing as an emperor, shake up how Liu Hong particularly plays because he's mind numbingly boring at the moment. Have actual REFORMS that you can pass to make the bureaucratic faction snap out of their avaricious power-grabbing and serve China as the meritocratic administration they were meant to be.
It makes sense at the start for them to be causing Liu Hong serious penalties in his capacity to govern the Han, but a true reform would be to introduce new Eunuchs and bureaucrats that promote what they are supposed to represent; loyal, educated and skilled members of the Imperial household. Yes they provide food, but that's it, and having the Bureaucrat faction in power is something you most definitely do not want. I think the bureaucrats should serve a purpose in the court as they always had, and forcing the player to reform the faction instead of just yeeting them all would be much more interesting/fun to play.
I think to make the Liu Hong campaign more interesting and challenging simultaneously, CA should make it so that the starting Eunuchs cannot simply be dismissed. You must instead slowly replace them with new eunuchs, that you yourself as the emperor can select out of the pool of recruitable leaders. I advocate for this because one, I feel it a waste that the starting eunuchs are the only ones that exist in the game period. Once they're gone, they're gone. Two, this gives the Liu Hong campaign more strenuous and lengthy pacing as you have these corrupt and idle eunuchs draining your realm dry and you're powerless to challenge them without having new recruits in the works.
While we're on Liu Hong, make the damn Warlords betray you. They do all the work and then stay loyal after putting down the rebels? There's so much more they could've done with the faction system and how it impacts the end of the Yellow Turban Rebellion. Too much Warlord influence? Guess what you have a massive and devastating civil war on your hands. Too much Dynasty? Well similar to a civil war but some of them remain loyal and staunch supporters of the Dynasty, but this should also come with the caveat that more members of the House Liu see themselves as worthy instead of you, because you've been a whoremongering pleasure-seeker your whole life and now China is in ruins.
I havenยดt seen it mentioned anywhere (sorry if it already was), but does ser Davos realizes the Unsullied are all eunuchs? His suggestion for them to go live in the Reach and start their own house is completely pointless. They are all warriors who canยดt father children, offering them a piece of farmland is the dumbest offer ever.

I was busy pillaging the Abbasid in Tripolitania when I got a notification that my teen son left his old life behind and moved to China.
I was so surprised since I didn't order it that I screwed up and didn't take a screenshot of the high priority notification, but you can see from the dates in the following pictures that I shouldn't have been able to send another eunuch for some time
Is this supposed to happen? I don't mind it because I already have other unlanded sons to deal with and he was trash (so much for his Diligent, Patient, Brave, Brawny, Zealous, no negative traits guardian), but if it were to happen to my designated heir I'd be pissed.
If it helps, I didn't receive any event asking for permission or something along those lines. My ruler also wasn't leading troops. Only thing I can think of is that as I said my son was being tutored in another court (still within the realm though), could this be a bug and my vassal somehow shipped him off?

Or, I assume if they're administrators they can skim money off the top and buy freedom, but that wouldn't prevent them from being Other and non-citizens. Was it possible for eunuchs to be freed in a way that allowed them social autonomy, more than just legal freedom?
EDIT: I'm especially interested in eunuchs because their bodies looked so different from other people and were easily marked as such in a way that other slaves were not.
When someone is castrated through orchiectomy, they need a sex hormone in their body. Otherwise, they risk osteoporosis. Can a castrated individual live healthily on estriol (e3) or estetrol (e4) replacement therapy? Estradiol(e2) is the typical administered estrogen, because itโs the strongest. What hormone level do they need to stay healthy?

On my tenth or so rewatch through season 4 and the entire series I had always wondered โhow did everyone know about Theonโs situation? The only people it showed Ramsay telling were Yara and Balon, the Boltonโs and co were all murdered off, and Theon wasnโt saying anything.
Then I get to the episode where Yara is attempting to rescue Theon, and see her shouting at a ton of Ironborn, Ironborn who will live and return to the islands, and reading off the text of Ramsayโs raven note to them all...
