Hello, I need to swage 10 flush nut 10-32 threaded inserts into the parallel sides ( top and bottom) of an aluminum C channel. Have been researching for months and haven’t been able to find a hand tool to do this. A hydraulic cable swage crimper with the correct die and anvil, replacing the cable crimper die heads would work. However, tracking down a die that fits in swage tool for the 10-32 flush nut threaded insert has been both frustrating and fruitless. Any info, advice or a point in the right direction would be a godsend. Thank you for your time and have a great day.
I picked up a second hand Super Swage 600 a while back for when I got back into reloading rifle rounds. The swager was already configured to process .223 cases from the guy I bought it from so I didn't adjust it.
After prepping a batch of 100 once fired range pickup 5.56 nothing seemed wrong until I started seating primers. Out of the 100 I'd say that 10-15 or so cases actually gave me actual resistance while seating the primer. The rest just slid in like nothing and on one the case primer just dropped out when I took the case out of the press.

Would a bed frame be large enough angle iron, to make a swage block stand? IT's probably 1.5" wide. Or should I heavier angle iron?
It's a Holland Anvil swage block, around 66lbs.

You get more energy from veggies that are used to make these products, as there's no "middle man" in the energy pyramid, no energy is reduced from Cows or Chickens grabbing the energy from those plants.
Also, cows and other livestock account for an insane amount of CO2 in the atmosphere. Yeah. That's it.
Basically, would recommend eating those vegan meat things, they taste damn good (especially spicy chicken, dat shit good)
How do you fellas mount yours? Just acquired one and Im not married to the idea of bolting it into the bench. Also not too keen on slapping it on some wood and clamping it down. Ik ik I’m difficult but this is why I have y’all :)
