Booked two nights at St Regis Bal Harbour using points instead of $2500/night for a standard room. Super excited. Tried to apple SNA for several different suites they have available.

I just got an email from the hotel saying that they appreciate my loyalty and would like to offer me cash upgrades to various suites as they will likely not be available come check in. I assume this is a ploy to not use my SNA? Is this typical?

Muku živu mučim sa snom, stalno sam u nekom debilskom all nigther režimu i kad to uspem nekako da ubacim u neke normalne tokove da živim u svojoj vremenskoj zoni, legnem oko ponoći i ustanem u 6-7-8 kao da me neka sila brže bolje vrati u jedenje govana do jutra i spavanja do duboko u dan gde sam posle totalno narušio normalnu koncepciju dana i gde mogu isti samo da bacim u kantu i onda u krug ponovo. Čak i kad se u tom slučaju naspavam po 8-9 sati budim se nekako umoran. Sa druge strane znam nam da poremetim san toliko i da pola sna nekih 4 sata spavam noću a pola sna spavam danju, isto i ponekad da legnem oko 4,5 popodne i zakucam do 12 uveče.

Ovo mi baš narušava kvalitet života i zanime me da li je neko imao sličan problem i kako je uspeo da ga reši i da se disciplinuje?

If you’ve been here for more than a bit, you know what’s up with the bogus Suite Night Award (SNA).

Here’s another data point: Booked a stay at a category 6. Requested an SNA. Told “we’re working on your SNA”. Day of check-in told “sorry your SNA was not honored due to lack of available suites”.

I arrived at front desk to check-in and ask if any upgrade suites are available. The very professional and friendly front desk person checks their computer. Tells me there are two available. One I can have immediately. And, the very best suite in entire hotel will be available later in the day if I don’t mind waiting for it. My reply: hell yeah I’ll wait for the best suite to be fully cleaned.

An hour later, they give me a call telling me my upgraded suite is available. It was 2:35 PM.

He was right. I stayed at that hotel before. In an upgraded suite. This one was absolutely gorgeous and HUGE.

So much for Marriott SNA. So they are piled up in my account and pretty much useless.

Note: my Marriott Bonvoy status is “Titanium Elite“.

His self-esteem might be REALLY low, so he has an alt acc. That he acts like CHARA (don’t ask my why, ask him) And he doesn’t like theories because it gives him PTSD or the snas is Ness thoeries.

Conclusion: Thelocalstabby is snas udertale, because they are self-conscious (snas) and they have severe PTSD Of MatPat’s theories.
