The slow loris produces toxin from a sweat gland in their elbows. By licking the sweat gland and spreading it around their mouth, they produce a toxic bite!

The "Slow Loris" have a light reflecting layer in their eyes called the Tapetum Lucidum, which makes their eyes shine. Cats have this too. They also have the largest eyes amongst all other primates.

Slow loris Oh, look at these eyes. Can you imagine anything cuter? Well, maybe you should since this one is known to be the most poisonous mammal in the world. If it accidentally bites you, you can experience anaphylactic shock and other really dangerous conditions.

The Slow Loris is the only mammal which has both a toxic bite AND is poisonous. They are nocturnal, and, when threatened, they freeze and remain motionless.

The Slow loris is a primate that spends most of its life in trees munching on tree gum and sap. They may look cute, but be careful. The slow loris is one of the few venomous mammals in the wild, and can cause illness and possibly death in some cases with its toxic bite.

Slow Loris
Just giving more information on Slow Loris because I love those little guys. As mentioned in the video they raise their arms when they're "tickled" or in danger but its not a "puss-in-boots defense" as Gus mentioned. They actually usually have poison sacks in their armpits that they bite and mix with their saliva and they can bite the predator and poison them. These poison sacs are removed in domestic settings. They're the only known venomous primate which is WILD.
