A list of puns related to "Sforzando"
I've found a set of soundfonts but it was in a sfz file, so I got sforzando since that's what the internet said to use for those, but I'm not sure how to use it in LMMS. A post on this subreddit from 2017 said to use VeSTige and open the .exe file with it, but it did nothing.
I'm wondering if there's a way to quickly switch instruments while in a VST window though a keyboard shortcut. For example, in Sforzando, right now if I want to switch from 009_Clap to 010_Clarinet, I have to click on a tiny down arrow in the window. I'd like to instead press a keyboard button (up or down arrow key) bc that's much simpler to do a hundred times than a precise mouse click haha.
Is there a keyboard shortcut for this that already exists that I'm not aware of? Is there a feature in some Midi Keyboards to quickly switch between instruments? Or am I stuck with precise mouse clicks on tiny buttons
Idk what I did wrong, the MIDI bars on the mixer for the track are moving but not the audio bars. No sound is coming out when playing recorded MIDI, however inside Sforzando and the piano roll sound is produced. My audio device config is working. Wtf?
I've been trying to find how to get to sforzando open on logic. I know it's on logic I can't find it. Can you help me?
So, I downloaded Sforzando recently in order to use SF2 files, but A), it doesn't except SF2 files, and B), whenever I open up sforzando I get a horrid white noise sound. It's really loud and I have no idea how to fix it. Please help. I'm a noob to FL studio.
So since fruity SoundFont player got discontinued, I got sforzando but for some reason, it only plays like half of my sf2 files and a bunch of the sounds will be either very quiet or completely silent. Does anyone know why this happens and how I can fix it? Thanks.

I have parentheses around a sforzando and it looks like this (sf). Does it mean this sforzando is optional?
I've used Sforzando for a couple years now, and recently started using it with Garageband on a new laptop. It unfortunately really hates a lot of drum samples I use as they all crackle and pop which never happened on my old iMac. So is there any good alternative to accessing these files and being able to play them on Garageband? Thanks!
Hello
Currently, I am working with Augusto NovaroΒ΄s tuning system. He is a very important music theorist, but just known in my country. His scales are really hard to find within Xenharmonyc community. And...Well, not just that, inclusive on internet.
So, to being able to work with his system I depend exclusively on software that accepts Slc or tun files because most microtonal software is designed to work with Edo, Tet or very specific scales.
The thing is, that I was looking for a way to sample a piano with my Novaro's tunings
and i was really excited when I read about Sforzando. But sadly, the software doesn't read my Scl files.
The software open the archive and all... but the sound of the piano doesn't change. I tried with another random archives from the Sevish tuning pack folder and their worked very well.
The problem is with my scales
What can it be?
I will show you some examples. I am composer, not a computer man, so I really appreciate any help, thanks
4C + 4EF10/7 Scale: 1/1 10/9 8/7 7/6 6/5 5/4 9/7 7/5 10/7 8/5 5/3 9/5 2
4C scale: 1/1 8/7 5/4 4/3 3/2 8/5 7/4 2/1
4 Reducted Scale: 1/1 9/8 8/7 6/5 5/4 21/16 4/3 3/2 8/5 12/7 7/4 15/8 2/1

I have seen a lot of ways of notating the same thing, a sudden quiet dynamic. Here are the ways I have seen it notated:
The last one is easy to understand. What I donβt get is the first three. I have seen these used in ways that I personally wouldnβt use. Like for example, there are some pieces where the dynamic is forte and then the composer uses Fortepiano to mark a sudden quiet dynamic. If I were in that situation, I would just use a piano dynamic to mark it or possibly subito piano.
Sforzando piano and Fortepiano sound the same to me, a forte note followed by a sudden quiet dynamic. And I have seen subito piano used by some composers to mean Fortepiano in a few pieces. I personally would not use the subito piano marking unless:
A) The dynamic is forte or louder
AND
B) The dynamic change is supposed to catch people off guard, not be an expected, structural element
And I would be more likely to use it in an orchestral score than a piano score or even a sextet, since the more mass behind the music, the more that the total dynamic(Dynamic of volume + Dynamic of mass) will change.
Fortepiano, I would be more likely to use for chamber and solo works, but only if the preceding dynamic is piano or quieter. And in solo works, it is more likely that I will just use the dynamic I am aiming for straight up with no other markings.
So, is there a difference between Sforzando piano and Fortepiano? And why is subito piano sometimes used to mean Fortepiano?
Hi guys...bit annoyed ! Just installed all kontakt software as got an NI keyboard...and total komplete orchestra samples no longer work. says they need to be opened in kontakt then kontakt says i need the full version to use them! yet they're supposed to be free afaik. I was using sforzando to play them previously but now I can't open them in there either as file types seem to have changed?! I don't even know how this is possible..
The file types were wav but now they're the filetype that kontakt uses. How's that even possible?
On some instruments (specifically SGM), Sforzando is quiet or just doesn't make any noise. Some have a short 'blip' noise at the end and some have too much release. Is there any way to fix this? Any help would be appreciated. This problem never happened on Fruity Soundfont Player.
I can't add Plogue Sforzando to a project in Win10 Reaper 64bit. It's simply not in my plugin directory. Not searchable by any means. But when it's part of an existing project it loads just fine.
Everything is normal in Win7 64 bit. Sforzando appears in the plugin directory and loads fine.
Has anyone experienced this?
EDIT: Full rescan did it, thanks (now why it disappeared is another question)
I found a cool Spyro sound font collection and have been having an incredibly hard time installing sforzando on my PC so that I can open and use sound fonts. I have a 64 bit operating system, so I selected VST2 64 and installed in a random folder, went to options, manage plugins, added the folder, started the scan, and nothing gets added to FL studio. I tried it again with VST3 64 and several other variations. I really want sound fonts to work. Is anyone able to give me a more step by step walk through? I'm a total noob with FL Studio.
Opinions appreciated if you only need atk buff because your Gear has enough def. Also everytime I use a flask, you get the healing as well. So Just Stick Sforzando or switch to ballad.
