###The M102 Taw
The M102 Taw Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) is an armored, self-propelled, multiple rocket launcher; a type of rocket artillery. The word Taw comes from the Wolof language, meaning rain.
The system is designed to defeat personnel, armored, and soft-skinned targets in concentration areas, artillery batteries, command posts and ammunition depots.
The weapon can fire guided and unguided projectiles up to 57 km. Firing ballistic missiles, it can hit targets 300 km away; the warhead in such shots reaches an altitude of about 50 km. The Taw can be used in shoot-and-scoot tactics, firing its rockets rapidly, then moving away to avoid counter-battery fire.

It has been 13 years since Senegambia has seen even the dimmest flicker of democracy due to the long-lasting Islamic State occupation. Now, however, the Islamic State has been driven from the country, and the transition government has moved to implement elections in order to establish a new democratically elected government.
Major contending parties are as follows:
>Senegalese Democratic Party - the most powerful preexisting political organization has returned to the spotlight. Using a variety of tactics well-known in other African nations, they hope to once again win elections by a large majority. The party platform includes significant spending packages intended to repair the nation's destroyed infrastructure, but opposing parties have criticized this plan as selling the nation's recently-regained sovereignty to the IMF. The SDP also strongly supports a secular state, which is expected to significantly increase support in demographic groups who suffered harshly under the Islamic State, but is likely to make certain other demographic groups wary of losing the right to Sharia law.

The nations of Ghana and Senegambia have had friendly relations with each other ever since the days of the Dakar Pact about a decade ago. With the unprecedented peace that the United African Commonwealth has divided, many in Ghana have began to encourage other Sub-Saharan Nations to join as soon as possible. One of these nations are Senegal which covers a significant amount of the West African Coast. President Richard Opoku has personally visited Senegambiaβs Leader, Mu-Deeman Musrah to discuss the possibility of integration into the Commonwealth. These talks have proven to be successful and with a few gifts to Musrah and several politicians ( Bribes ) , Senegambia has agreed to surrender its sovereignty to Ghana. This would allow the territories that were peacefully placed under the control of Ghana apart of the UAC as Ghana is in the UAC.
Thanks to Ghanaβs powerful economy, the integration process is expected to go through smoothly and nearly all of those who held regional positions and below will be able to keep their jobs. Ghana has also announced that it will be changing a few of its policies and stances to better absorb the nation politically.
Well, its that time of year again! And Communist hunting season is back. Now, some Communists have decided to commit a bunch of heinous crimes from petty theft to forcing people out of religion en masse. We, as the ECC, cannot stand for such crimes being committed and will take some actions to hopefully cause a change of heart in the so called leadership of Senegambia. Yes, we said Senegambia not Senegal.
The 3rd Main Fleet along with support from the returning Vanguard Expeditionary Fleet Force, and the 2nd Assault Fleet will enforce a Naval blockade of Senegambia. All transport ships will be directed to the nearest port inside Mali or the IFA that will accept them.
Hopefully the leadership of Senegambia will recognize their mistakes and take appropriate action.
All aircraft will also fly AS and CAP missions to ensure there are no surprises. Any ship that attempts to run the blockade will be given 3 warnings over radio, one over a loud speaker, and finally we will fire to only disable the vessel, then board it if required.
Should the IFA or Mali wish to take the front lines in the operation and enforce the blockade for themselves we will gladly withdraw.
We have also issued a travel ban to Senegambia along with recalling all nationals and covering the damages.

####Official North African Defense Alliance Proclamation of Laayoune
Talks have finished in Laayoune (Capital of Western Sahara), after a vote that took well over two weeks the preparations have been made for the Peoples' Republic of Senegal to become the newest member of the North African Defense Alliance. The talks comprised of the usual rules of admittance to the North African Defense Alliance, which we will state below:
- If any nation that is a member of NADA is attacked by a foreign nation or organisation, all other members are required to defend them using military force.
- No member of NADA shall attack another member of NADA.
- NADA members will generally aim to promote secular and democratic values.
- Any nation aiming to join NADA must be a democracy and be approved by all other members.
- Likewise, for a nation to be removed from NADA, it would require a unanimous vote amongst other members.
"Senegambia" was voted on unanimously by all states, with the exemption of the United Arab Republic upon their request. The Peoples' Republic of Senegal under the same terms and conditions as all North African Defense Allies will also receive the benefits of protection and promotion of secular values. The North African Defense Alliance welcomes the Peoples' Republic of Senegal with open arms.

The Peoples' Republic of Senegal's acceptance into the North African Defense Alliance does not violate any terms of the Concord of Addis Ababa. Including Articles 4.1, and 4.4 due to the United Arab Republic's abstaining from the vote. It is also well worth noting that the Grand Sultanate of the Sahara called the convention; who is not a ward signatory. The Concord of Addis Ababa was also not signed by many other states in this blatant partition of Africa including the Peoples' Republic of Senegal.
