My son reading to me because im getting over the flu.. What makes the special is that my son is dyslexic and particularly despises reading. But he came in my room, unprompted, to read me Dr. Seuss to make me feel better. I’m one of those lucky parents

Hello, most of you might know who I am by now. I never thought I would receive so much feedback. I am beyond grateful that so many great and kind people have helped me. I believe I’ve read every comment from criticism to just saying it looks good. So here is the final product of the living room.

So there's been a lot of requests for some kind of text chat in Fallout 76. I think it can be a really great addition to the game but only if done right. I think a lot don't realize the challenges behind it. I'll break it down the biggest challenges I tried to combat when designing the messaging system:
SPAM from eBay and caps sellers
Fallout 76 is almost a free game. I picked it up myself for less than $5. This makes it super easy to get multiple accounts. Thousands of duplicated items are still in the game and almost unlimited caps on some accounts. Just make an eBay search or google search. There are tons of item/caps sellers out there and when chat will be open, all hell will break loose. If we limit the chat to AREA only, sellers will just camp at the most popular spots.
SPAM from other players
The moment text chat will be a thing, it will automatically get spammed by people trying to promote their vendors, camp designs or just discussing things totally unrelated to the game. Fallout 76 will become a chat room. Private channels also are often getting spammed by sellers and harassers. I don't want to spend half of my playtime blocking people.
Breaking the immersion and "fallout feel"
Right now, the game perfectly keeps the feeling of loneliness of post-apocalyptic wasteland. Every encounter is special (especially in survival mode since there are no player blips). If the text chat will be open to everyone, that feeling of being alone will be gone because you'll see messages scrolling all the time while you wander through West Virginia.
Chat window will take 1/4 of my screen real estate and probably 99% of the messages will not be of any value to me
The typical MMO chat is a very busy place with lots of tabs and stuff scrolling through. I don't know about you guys, but almost everything happening in that chat in MMO games is not anything of value to me. I only wanna see the things I might be interested in. Valuable global messages, private messages, and group.
Turning off chat visibility for those who don't want it won't help

I have an increasing amount of prisoners who can't be assigned to a cell. I've tried changing cell quality, adding solitary rooms, and basically everything I've read online. Nothing has helped and it's ruing this awesome game. Any tips?
So I can upload screenshots, but my prison is secure and I'm not doing anything different than I have before this problem. No matter the scale, I have tons of prisoners who aren't assigned in a cell.
E: I fixed the problem by turning off the modifier for more personalities. Once I quit getting insane people, all my problems were solved. Thanks group!

Sony goes on for months without anything. No information about a console that is going to release at the end of the year. Then when they finally do, it’s not meant for the consumers who have been patiently waiting. Sony is being completely tone deaf to their situation with their customers and their competition. I read that HIV/AIDS only kills the immune system, so what if we put a person with it into a sterile room? Will they be able to live like normal people until the rest of their lives?
Assuming we don't give them medicines and let HIV progress to AIDS naturally, can they not get infected by any of those opportunistic infections because of the sterile environment?
