##Pashinyan cabinet discussed plans to implement universal healthcare in Armenia

Starting January 1, shops aren't allowed to publicly display cigarettes. In a few months, there will be a ban on smoking in public areas [cafés and restaurants]. But there are also tax hikes.

Excise taxes on cigarettes are increasing from $22 to $27 per 1000 units. Despite the hike, cigarettes remain significantly cheaper in Armenia than in Europe.

A similar excise hike went into effect for alcohol.

So I was recently introduced to the still standing foundations of the old L&N railroad that crossed the Flint River near Winchester Road. As a civil engineer, I was fascinated by just walking up to them and seeing the OLD SCHOOL bridge construction methods. I didn't realize how old until I got close enough to see carved limestone bricks. Does anyone know where I may be able to find drawings or details of exactly how these were constructed back in the 1850s?
