A list of puns related to "Reticulata"

I have this small tree on a big pot for almost a year, everything was going perfect- it bloomed beautifully and soon started developing fruits.
Then it got completely covered by, what I believe, was black citrus aphids. I sprayed the leaves with neem oil and it seemed to reduce a lot the infestation.
Unfortunately after that, all the developing fruits fell off, and now it's losing all the leaves super fast! The leaves got this yellowish color and weird pattern or what seems to be burn marks. Is the sun burning the leaves because of the neem oil? Or the tree eventually got sick because of the infestation? Does it need more/less water? I'm completely clueless.
I was planning on changing the tree to a bigger pot but now I'm afraid to stress the tree even further. Last resort will be to plant it on soil on my parents farm. What should I do? :(
More info: I'm from Europe and I live very close to the sea (less than a km/mile, facing the actual sea). Temperature is always around 20Β°C/68Β°F during the day, rarely gets bellow 5Β°C/41Β°F during the night, even during winter.
Thank you so much!
