A list of puns related to "Reprogramming"
[Make sure you add small pauses between each affirmation to ensure your subconscious mind doesn't mix or conflict one affirmation with another]
β’ To do this β’
Options - Settings - Pauses - Set 1500 to both boxes - OK
β’ Voice Packs β’
[The above voice packs come with a setup.exe (don't worry, it's not a virus) that will install the voices onto your PC's OS]
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1cTwMkI3E1Yf70WIZC2DUO37hMMJsLqVU/view
[If the other voice packs are too big to download, download the link above. It's only 3kbs, and you simply click each reg file which installs the Eva, Cortana, and Mark onto your PC's OS]
Open up Audacity and drag the 3 affirmation tracks onto it. (https://www.audacityteam.org)
Ensure the project rate is set to 44100 Hz (located at the bottom left corner)
Press CTRL + A to select the audios, and hover to Tracks - Resample - 192000 Hz - OK (Changes the quality of all affirmation tracks to maximum)
Hover to Effects - Normalize - Type -27 onto the dB box (lowers the volume of the 3 affirmation tracks so it's not too loud to be interpreted when masked)
Time to use the panning feature to change the channels of each affirmation track. (located on the left side of each audio)
Move the slider all the way to the left for the "Left Ear"
Move the slide all the way to the right for "Right Ear"
leave the slider in the middle for "Center"
Two voices will now play independently on each ear, while one voice plays in the middle.
Β° Introduction Β°
Hello everyone. I have been doing experiments and testing methods that can be used to further increase the efficiency of subliminaI recordings. I've come up with a method that i'd like to share with everyone.
Now, I must warn you that this can be very complicating and difficult to do from an outside perspective, but it will be easier once you do it a couple times.
This post is just like my other posts, not tech friendly. If you aren't good with technology or struggle to learn, this may not be the post for you.
With that out of the way, let's proceed with the method I use to create my recordings because I have gotten amazing results with this method, and I figured why not share it? I have not come across anyone in the community who has done this method, so it isn't widely known. I had to do my experiments and tweaking, and i've come to this conclusion.
Β° The method Β°
This method includes the use of panning along with the use of the subliminaI.ny script used to lower the frequency of the affirmations track.
The method includes 3 voices that are audible, and 3 that are inaudible. What we are doing is adding more repetition of affirmations to further impress our subconscious mind.
Below I will give you a demonstration, so please follow along.
β’ Demonstration β’
Voice 1: David (Left Ear)
Voice 2: Zira (Center)
Voice 3: Hazel (Right Ear)
β’ Voices 1-3 will be audible.
Voice 4: Mark (Left Ear)
Voice 5: Cortana (Center)
Voice 6: Tom (Right Ear)
β’ Voices 4-6 will be inaudible through frequency manipulation.
β’ Each voice will be playing a different set of affirmations. (Can be multiple topics)
The steps instructed to create your own audio with this method are listed below. Take your time on reading them so you don't mess up anything.
It may seem complicated at first, but it's easy to create when you get the hand of it.
β’ How to create the first 3 voices (audible) β’
How to create a Supraliminal Recording
When you're done creating the supraliminal recording, proceed to the next step below.
β’ How to create the last 3 voices (inaudible) β’
1 - Export the affirmations using 3 other voices with a title such as: "Left Ear - inaudible" "Center - "inaudible" "Right Ear - inaudible"
2 - Open Audacity and drag the new audio files onto th

So I know in a lot of posts I speak about Neville Goddard and the law of assumption. I was going to make a post about how to "reprogram your subconscious to believe something is true", but then I realized that I didn't have any specific things that I care to tell. Everything I've "reprogrammed" my subconscious to believe have been very vague things, like my parents acting a certain way towards me, or me being able to keep friends, things that don't really have anything to do with shifting. So I want to do an experiment. I'll explain it here.
How quickly can you get rid of resistance for a certain thing that you desire?
I want you to comment something that you want me to "reprogram" my subconscious to believe. Try not to make it something too big, but not too small. Something that you would feel a good amount of resistance to. It doesn't have to be shifting related. If you have a hard time believing that nothing bad ever happens to you, put it down in the comments. If you feel resistance when telling yourself that people always give you something whenever they see you, put it down in the comments. If you feel resistance when affirming that you Lucid Dream every night, put it down in the comments. I'll pick a few to go on meditate on, and I'll tell you how different I feel about them later. I'll tell you exactly what I told myself, how I dealt with doubts and resistance, how I erased failure from my mind, and how long it took.
How you can Participate:
I want you to write down in the comments a limiting belief you think you have, and I want you to do a law of assumption technique that you think will help to completely rid you of that limiting belief. You can do it at night, or just lay down during the day and do it then. After you do it, I want you to tell me how you feel about that limiting belief. Do you feel any different? Are there any noticeable changes in your thought patterns/emotions when it comes to that belief? The positives of doing this is that you might come out of it with abetter self concept, and one step closer to shifting!
Me when I forget to put a tag and look silly :(
Gator 1 Cards contain an RFID tag...found this out because whenever I would hold it near my phone (with NFC), the phone buzzes.
Anyway, what are the consequences of reprogramming this. Gym entrance scans the barcode and all dining/flex bucks transactions are done with swipes. When is the RFID used? Is there an anti-Tampering policy? Please lmk cuz im tempted to put my linkedin or some shi on the card lol. Thanks

Sharing information from a chat I had with a rep at Nespresso. I just got a Vertuo machine yesterday, specifically for the flexibility to brew a larger size. Sadly, I learned the Alto size is not available. I used the website chat feature to inquire. Here is the information I received. I thought I'd share in case it's helpful to someone.
Iβm happy to confirm you can still prepare a 14 oz. coffee with your machine while we wait for updates about the availability of Alto size capsules. The Alto and Mug (7.7oz) capsules contain the same amount of ground coffee, and your machine can either be reprogrammed to brew a larger coffee, or push additional water through the capsule using the top-off function.
To brew a larger coffee with your 7.77 oz capsule, place your capsule of choice into your machineβs capsule chamber and make sure to place a large mug under your coffee outlet.
When the button is steady, press and hold the coffee button down during the entire brew cycle. Lift your finger off of the button when you are happy with the amount of coffee in your cup.
Your machine will remember this setting for all 7.77 oz. coffee capsules brewed in your machine. Instructions to set your machine back to factory settings are available in your user manual, or the machine assistance page on Nespresso.com.
If you do not want to reprogram your machine, all Vertuo range models come with a top off feature, which makes the machine pass another 7.77 oz through the capsule. Press and release the button on your machine after a 7.7 oz capsule completes its brew. Another 7.7 oz will dispense from the machine.
Instructions to set your machine back to factory settings are available in your user manual or the machine assistance page on Nespresso.com.

if you have time, watch it. itβs a relatively unique approach in terms of reprogramming the subconscious mind. if not, i have it summarised within my best abilities in the next paragraph.
the key is to focus on an objective, and then trust yourself by letting go any resistance, or overthinking, or what ifβs, and be okay with whether or not you succeed or fail. every step along the way is always working in our favour. as long as you keep your eye on the target unwavered, take a leap of faith, your success is inevitable.
then there is no such thing as failure, just success being delayed as you learn more and more throughout your journey, what works and what doesnβt.
same could be applied to shifting. i think people ( guilty as charged ) tend to overcomplicate shifting by overthinking every single thing they do in methods, like whether their breathing was correct and what number they were at and what affirmations to say next. your subconscious gets confused on what to focus on, so instead just focus on the fact that youβre gonna shift, and trust that you will. be okay with whatever happens, and let go of the doubts and intrusive thoughts. simply let them exist, acknowledge them, but pay no attention to them. they are just distractions, and you make it seem as if they affect you in any way.
they donβt. you are limitless.
feel free to add anything if youβve watched it. hope it helps at least one of you reading this, happy shifting x
Hey all. I am reading an interesting book by MSFT CTO Kevin Scott called Reprogramming the American Dream. He is not referencing PLTR but the way he describes aspects of AI seem to rhyme with PLTR.
He talks a lot about rural environments. Also, he mentions the cloud βedgeβ a lot. Iβve heard PLTR talk about this and I can regurgitate what Iβve read but admittedly I donβt get it.
Can anyone explain what exactly the edge is and what Palantir is doing with it? Seems they do a lot with military and agricultural companies like John Deere. Something about how the edge can help make analytics decisions in βreal timeβ rather than going to a βdata centerβ???? Technology is all just a big magic box to me πβ¦..
Thanks all!
Hey, figured I'd ask the experts here.
I've got a spare panel with an AB Micrologix 1200 that I'm looking at repurposing. It's also got a Maple Systems 5070 HMI.
I'd have to add an analogue input module ($600?) to the Micrologix in order for it to work for this new project, and currently we don't have a license for any Rockwell software. So I'd need to get a license for RS Logix 500. (Trying to figure out how to buy Rockwell software is such a huge pain as an outsider btw)
Do you guys think it's worth going this route? Or should I just get a cheap Click PLC ($600 for PLC and analogue card) and interface it with the HMI instead?
We have a number of other machines here that also run Allen Bradley PLCs, so I do like the idea of getting software to be able to interface to them as well.
What are your guys opinions?
I've done an amazing job with subconscious reprogramming on my own, but it's a lot easier to imprint certain beliefs after hearing different stories from other people. It doesn't matter if it's regarding shifting or law of assumption/attraction. Just something you count as progress.
Hi there,
i just wondered if Eckhart has ever spoken/written about subconscious reprogramming? From what i have seen, he seems to suggest mere awareness of a limiting belief is enough to rid yourself of its negative power. I..e if you realize you subconsciously that you need to look a certain way to find a partner, you dont need to 'do' anything to root out the thought. Knowing is enough. This is different from others who suggest affirming the opposite etc.
Hey, I have Audi 2017 A4. I changed my key fob battery and now itβs saying I need to reprogram it. How do I do that?
I did a very large dose of shrooms last night. I'm not sure if this is the right place for this but, I came to the realization that we are all just data. Our brain is like a machine filled with data that we've accumulated through life. How we react to things, how we handle day to day life, it's all based on the data we have. Our experiences.
And it occurred to me that we can reprogram the things we've learned and our behavior. I know maybe I sound batshit but I'm looking for recommendations for maybe books or topics I can study that can help me reprogram my thoughts and behaviors.

Irreversible pancreatic Ξ²-cell damage may be a result of chronic exposure to supraphysiological glucose or lipid concentrations or chronic exposure to therapeutic anti-diabetic drugs. The Ξ²-cells are able to respond to blood glucose in a narrow concentration range and release insulin in response, following activation of metabolic pathways such as glycolysis and the TCA cycle. The Ξ²-cell cannot protect itself from glucose toxicity by blocking glucose uptake, but indeed relies on alternative metabolic protection mechanisms to avoid dysfunction and death. Alteration of normal metabolic pathway function occurs as a counter regulatory response to high nutrient, inflammatory factor, hormone or therapeutic drug concentrations. Metabolic reprogramming is a term widely used to describe a change in regulation of various metabolic enzymes and transporters, usually associated with cell growth and proliferation and may involve reshaping epigenetic responses, in particular the acetylation and methylation of histone proteins and DNA. Other metabolic modifications such as Malonylation, Succinylation, Hydroxybutyrylation, ADP-ribosylation, and Lactylation, may impact regulatory processes, many of which need to be investigated in detail to contribute to current advances in metabolism. By describing multiple mechanisms of metabolic adaption that are available to the Ξ²-cell across its lifespan, we hope to identify sites for metabolic reprogramming mechanisms, most of which are incompletely described or understood. Many of these mechanisms are related to prominent antioxidant responses. Here, we have attempted to describe the key Ξ²-cell metabolic adaptions and changes which are required for survival and function in various physiological, pathological and pharmacological conditions.

The guy had amnesia and this girl he just met is helping him recover. They find a facility and they find the pod where they reprogrammed him and the memories were projected on a dome above them. Then they go to a hotel room and they make love. Then they stop their attackers and the guy uses a water bottle as a silencer as he shoots one of the attackers in the leg to get answers. That's all I remember.

Tumors exhibit metabolic changes that differentiate them from the normal tissues from which they derive. These metabolic changes favor tumor growth, are primarily induced by cancer cells, and produce metabolic and functional changes in the surrounding stromal cells. There is a close functional connection between the metabolic changes in tumor cells and those that appear in the surrounding stroma. A better understanding of intratumoral metabolic interactions may help identify new vulnerabilities that will facilitate new, more individualized treatment strategies against cancer. We review the metabolic changes described in tumor and stromal cells and their functional changes and then consider, in depth, the metabolic interactions between the cells of the two compartments. Although these changes are generic, we illustrate them mainly with reference to examples in breast cancer.
Metabolic changes that facilitate tumor growth are one of the hallmarks of cancer. The triggers of these metabolic changes are located in the tumor parenchymal cells, where oncogenic mutations induce an imperative need to proliferate and cause tumor initiation and progression. Cancer cells undergo significant metabolic reorganization during disease progression that is tailored to their energy demands and fluctuating environmental conditions. Oxidative stress plays an essential role as a trigger under such conditions. These metabolic changes are the consequence of the interaction between tumor cells and stromal myofibroblasts. The metabolic changes in tumor cells include protein anabolism and the synthesis of cell membranes and nucleic acids, which all facilitate cell proliferation. They are linked to catabolism and autophagy in stromal myofibroblasts, causing the release of nutrients for the cells of the tumor parenchyma. Metabolic changes lead to an interstitium deficient in nutrients, such as glucose and amino acids, and acidification by lactic acid. Together with hypoxia, they produce functional changes in other cells of the tumor stroma, such as many immune subpopulations and endothelial cells, which lead to tumor growth. Thus, immune cells favor tissue growth through changes in immunosuppression. This review considers some of the metabolic changes described in breast cancer.

is this only something the author can do? i got a sofin 31 pro, I do like the UI. what i really would like is a battery voltage check, on turn on. I also would prefer it in 4 groups, not actual battery voltage. I think this would make the light perfect
Hi everyone,
after k awakening, one year in, I realized how the decisions that I made had shaped my life I the way it is right now... in and out.
I was wondering if any of you realizing this has been able to reorganize his/her mind completely for a new level of competence and abilities..
In fact I now have this powerful source of energy but without a completely new me, I feel I cannot make a good use of this power source, any advices/tools?
