I apologise if this photo is bad but I thought this was ragwort, am I correct? Already pulled it up with the roots to make sure it doesn't grow back just in case it is ragwort.

I just saw a road sign that said “control tansy ragwort.” Is it invasive to Washington state? If so, what harm can it do and how can I help control its spread?
