Powerset: The Divine (Silver and Moon Rocks as counters). In my headcanon, that would make more similar to ''Thunderstrike'' rather than Thor, granting me a good degree superhuman strength and recovery to complement my nigh-invulnerability. As for my magical weapon, it would be a battle axe similar to this one and has a mind of its own, being able to return to me if we're separated.

Sidekick: The Witch (Jokes/Punes and Catchphrase as peeves).

IMO, Naruto as a medic is a frighting thing. Imagine having a Byakugo that stores 90% of Naruto's daily chakra output (and maybe even the Kyubi's) for THREE years, then he has access to it again. Like having access to 1000 Kuramas worth of Chakra. Not to mention how well his clones would combo with Tsunades fighting style, try fighting like 50 Tsunades at the same time.

In the Location object in react-router you can have:

hash pathname, query

It HAS to have at least one or it's unusable.

It MAY have just 1 or 2 or even all three.

But I'd like to avoid having to define every possible option here.

With N=3 that's feasible but I don't see how this would be doable with more than 3 when defining EVERYTHING.

I was thinking you could stack types by defining just N types which have the required options, then using those to build additional ones.

Is there a pattern here that can be reused? Curious if this is documented anywhere.

Recently I was playing DBX 2 and there are so many skills to choose from. Most are fun and in the end you choose a few favourite and move on.

Which got me thinking, if a normal person got all those skills with with a normal human for a power level, how powerful would they be?

I'm talking about like power level of 5, Which was Raditz scooter says about a farmer who use shotgun against him(Let's call 'em Nofu for simplicity sake). Got all the skills and can choose whatever skills on the fly.

Can they beat out world in real life? How far they can go in fiction?

Hey all, love City of Heroes/Villains. Been playing it for a long time.

Trying to find a challenging build to play with. I have a Fire Farmer on another account so leveling is not a problem. Just looking for a combo of powersets that is almost unusable.

So far the only powersets combo is dont like is Broadsword Shield defense.

Let me know if you all have found any combo unplayable.

The games simple choose one alien and give them a new set of abilities that you like more or think suits them more.

Most stories I see have the protagonist have relatively boring power-set, just another ninja, I am looking for something that I can look at and think it cool, like mokuton, or a Byakugan user who use more than the gentle fist.

Main character like Kisame, or Orochimaru, people with cool abillities, do you have any such stories to recommend?

When he is teleported to the new world, Subaru doesn't just have Return by Death. He has the powers of the Marvel villain, Taskmaster. How does this assist him in his journey? In what ways does it become easier?

• He is compelled to follow roughly the same route as canon Subaru in broad strokes
• Assume he is a Taskmaster superfan, so he knows what his new abilities are capable of
• Abilities learned carry over when he Returns by Death.
• Just as Taskmaster could learn chi, Subaru can learn magic by observation
• Subaru doesn't have the greatest drawback of Taskmaster's powers, losing memories of everything not related to combat

I need help creating a good power set for one of my gen two OCs, Basilisk. His mother is a bio-engineer and a brilliant mad scientist. She doesn't really have any powers (besides being super enhanced and invisible to all cameras) however she is a master at poisons as well as her spit being slightly venomous. His father is Dreamscape. Pretty sure I posted about him here before, his powers are that he makes people see their worse fears when the look at him.

Three ways i'm thinking this can go. Robot, Takes after their father, Takes after their mother.

I could also just use some help on power-set crafting in general.

A common "criticism" raised against Bleach is that Kubo never had any proper planning for it. He apparently meandered his way to the finale and he just kept making shit up.

One which they support by bringing up Ichigo being every race in the story and claiming that it was simply the only way Kubo could connect Ichigo to the story being told. But this criticism like a great number of the ones raised against the series, are simply false.

Kubo foreshadowed all of it. As early as the soul society arc. And I'll get right into it. And he did all of this through old man zangetsu(or better known as Yhwach)

Putting my weakest foot first, I'd like to start with this. Where it is explained that Ichibei was the one who prevented OM Zangetsu from mentioning his true name. And I'm already guessing that most people would write it off as Kubo simply agreeing to the fan's question to make himself seem smart. But you'll soon realize that isn't the case.

We now move on to the soul society arc when Ichigo is training to attain Bankai. This is where I believe Kubo foreshadowed the entire Zangetsu = Yhwach and the outcome of the final battle of bleach.

OMZ(will call him this moving on) fills the battlefield with multiple false Zangetsu blades and hides the real zangetsu amongst them. He then explicitly states to him that only the real zangetsu can defeat him.

Remember, OMZ is Yhwach. In chapter 541, he explains to Ichigo that the only thing he ever lied to him about was his name. Meaning the "me" he was speaking of wasn't Zangetsu. It was Yhwach.

Then you realize that during the final battle with Yhwach, Ichigo's TRUE BANKAI's casing breaks away, revealing blade much like his original shikai. The same true zangetsu he was supposed to find and defeat OMZ with when he was training for bankai. after all... This is the realization Yhwach makes right before he dies.

The final nail in the coffin that convinces me that this was more than a coincidence is the name of chapter 127 where all of these events were foreshadowed. THE BEGINNING OF THE DEATH OF TOMORROW with writing that is punctuated with symbols that resemble crosses(and they're not Orihime's hairpins, she's still wearing them). A symbol mostly associated with Qu

I’d personally make Echo Echo and Ditto a bit more distinct. Echo Echo would still be more practical for combat, but is only capable of multiplying, not duplicating. Ditto, meanwhile, would essentially run on toon physics, being much more durable and malleable, though not to the extent of someone like Goop or the Worst. As Kuro pointed out, being rubbery is just as much a power of Ditto as the cloning, so why not go all out?

Hey all. I'm not looking to stir a lot up, I just wanted to bring awareness to this community.

Recently, The owner of PW started asking me to do small modelling. Nothing too much, just cutting out some doors and windows. At first, I was happy to help and honestly thought I was just helping a friend out with a project. That's where it went wrong. I am not disclosing names due to not wanting invasion of privacy to any people involved, but many fellow flightsim friends told me about PowerSet's history, and its not great. The owner was caught stealing and I even have crystal clear proof the assets he uses are not theirs. A lot of things do not line up AT ALL and they look absurd compared to the plane. Ontop of this, I believe he was going to use his little trick on me and after I finish working, he would get rid of me. And another factor is his discord server is anything but welcoming. His staff members have confederate and anti gay slogans/indications on their profile and most likely in chat. The owner sometimes will open up a VC and start sharing his screen, only to do little to nothing. Just moving things around then right back, slightly resizing, no actual work. Again, Im not looking for any drama, but please be aware of this team and their 777x. He most likely knows who I am and will now raid my discord server with him and his other devs. Rant over.

• Clairvoyance ~ Surveillance Hacking

Eida keeping track of Kawaki's movement (Boruto Chapter 61)

From her introduction chapter, Eida asked that if you could have access every security camera in the world, would you be able to watch it all day? Being one of Amado's cybernetically enhanced subjects, it's very possible that she's able to connect to the live feed of anything that's a camera on the planet. I'm also kind of curious if she can directly access a cyborg's eyes, if they have the right modification like Delta and even Amado.

Also when she mentions that she can't see the future, and only bits of the past, it means that she can only see the digitally recorded history. It makes sense that Eida couldn't see events that occurred "before her time" as technology was still fairly simple during the 4th Great Ninja War Era. So, even though Code called her power "clairvoyance", it's closer to a Planet-Wide Ranged Surveillance.

• Heart Stealing ~ Amplified Pheromones

Within a few moments of Code's meeting with Eida, he becomes instantly ensnared by her. He's filled with feelings of attraction that are so authentic, it's pretty suspicious. Bug mentions that Code's heart has already been stolen by her ability, but what is it exactly? While it's possible that it's an Inherited Bloodline Limit, "Kekkei Genkai," or even Ninjutsu, Eida didn't use any noticeable hand signs when she was first released from her pod. Since most of Kara's members seem to lean to the Ninja Tool Technology, courtesy of Amado, I'm thinking that perhaps her pheromone-releasing glands were enhanced as well.

If you boil it down, what we call "feelings" are just the results of chemical reactions that are constantly happening in the brain. Pheromones are such chemicals that can directly stimulate sexual arousal, desire, hormone levels and even fertility. So, this is the powerset I used on my very first toon, back when CoV first dropped, back before you could play them on blueside and before IO sets were a thing (possibly just a thing I was aware of, I was pretty terrible). I had a different setup back then because I was focused on PVP, which I would lose every time because there would be no other villains in the zone when I tried, but oh boy that 1 in 20 time when you landed the two hits necessary to kill a blaster before his friends melted you were magical. I don't PVP any more, but the only real difference in the build is the lack of Placate and Hover/Fly.

I'm writing this because I see very few stalkers, even fewer Energy Melee from any AT (slightly more since the patch), and even fewer people still using /Ninjitsu.

Is it optimal? Lmao. No.

Is it fun? I really, really think so.

Pros:
-Hits. Like. A. Truck.

-Insane mez protection with stacked Kuji-In Rin (requires moderate levels of recharge)

-Lots of freedom of choice, as I skipped three powers apiece in the primary and secondary sets

-Did I mention the stupid-high single-target damage? Because it's ridiculous.

-Decent sustain with a self-heal, and in my case, teleport to bug out if you're in over your head. Get away, heal, re-stealth, come back and crit again

-Trivialize story arc missions that you want to burn through solo (got all my relevant accolades in a little over an hour). Stealth to the objective and melt it down.

-Simple, but since changes, fairly elegant rotation

-Sweet glowy hands

Cons:

-Deals Energy/Smash damage, so you'll need quite a bit of to-hit to not whiff constantly, with smashing being one of the most-resisted and most-defended-against damage types.

-Kind of a pain to soft cap positional defenses, and when you DO get hit, it hurts

-Little to no AOE potential. That's not what you're there for, but some people like to see the screen fill with their numbers. Your job isn't to fill screens though; it's to delete health bars.

-End thirsty before you smooth things out with IO's or have a friend with kinetics

-Simple rotation occasionally leaves downtime between attacks, but you'll need it to find the next-highest-priority target

-With great power comes long windup times. Total Focus is aptly named.

Anyway, to the build. I'm not going to post a Mids build here because there is SO much left to preference with this build. Between Travel/Ancillary/Epic Pools I have a whopping TWELVE powers selected

I once made a character with the martial arts main weapon and munitions powerset. It ended up clumsy as hell because of the incompatibility with regards to range.

Then again my main is a bow/gadgets character and his playstyle works out just fine.

Where does sorcery fit with that?

Like many, I was disappointed with Wrex in the Citadel DLC (COMBAT WISE. HE IS A TREASURE IN EVERY OTHER RESPECT), so I thought I’d give my take on what his powerset should’ve been:

Barrier Carnage Warp Throw

Reasons: First, all these powers were ones he used in ME1, so I think that’s a nice touch. Second, Throw is a good biotic combo detonator, and is great against faraway (unprotected) enemies, something he has trouble dealing (outside of just running at then and meleeing then, obviously). Also, Throwing enemies over an edge. That is ABSOLUTELY appropriate for Wrex lol. Third, Warp is great against armor and barriers, and for setting off combo detonations, AND priming detonations for Throw.

Let me know what you think, and offer your own opinions too!

So. Just finished Ep121.

Is it a stretch to think that Lucien has beholder powers? he disabled multiple polymorph spells in an instant with a glance, without any indication of spellcasting or opportunity for anyone to prevent it.

I mean, they're both purple and have 11 eyes. It's just that the classic DND monster has a 10/1 split and Lucien has a 9/2 split.

I wonder if each of the eyes allow him to:

• Charm
• Paralyze
• Cause Fear
• Slow
• Enervate / cause sickness
• use telekinesis
• cause sleep
• petrify
• disintegrate
• cause death

If I'm right, it also means he projects an antimagic cone at will.

If I'm right, it probably means the Somnovum are even worse than a council of pre-calamity archmages.

I mean we have Aphrodite who's control over every soul,god or man, is absolute unless they love another, and Hades with his helmet of darkness.

Is it possible to make a powerset revolving around manipulating and/or transforming into ash overpowered? If so, how?

Does anyone know whether Kerrigan's powerset 3 "Primary Ability Damage and Attack Speed" increases damage of kinetic blast and crushing grip? The tooltip only mentions leaping strike and psionic shift?

I've always loved scientific power systems. So when I started working on my story, the idea of niche science theories explaining each superpower was the clear choice.

Then I came up with an interesting power for my main character. He can turn invisible. Or rather, nobody can see him, but can remember seeing him. True invisibility is overpowered, So I added this limitation.

That's a bit metaphysical powerset, so I created this explanation:

He can stop existing in the present. (due to cool magic stuff that I wont go into) Think of it like temporarily teleporting to few seconds into the future.

So while he sees everything normally, he will only exist to anyone after a few seconds have passed. It's as if he stopped existed before that. But also, everything in his location, such as a bullet, will affect him like normal, but only few seconds after they are fired.

That does not mean he can avoid bullets, only that people can see their effects few seconds later.

It's like divergent timelines. Everyone currently sees a timeline where he stopped existing when he turned invisible. But that is overwritten few seconds later by the main timeline where he just ran normally through their vision.

Does this make any sense?

So, working on the current powersets and themes of the Sailor Senshi such as the Inners and Outers , what other abilities you want to see the Sailor Senshi use alongside those displayed in both the manga and anime ? I think that I want to see Sailor Saturn use what is basically necromancy as it fits into the death and rebirth theme she has and Sailor Venus bending light around her to appear invisible (aka cloaking) as it's something that I think she can plausibly do with her powerset.
