A list of puns related to "Perindopril"
I have been trying to figure out my HBP and i have been on perindopril 4mg for a little over a week and a half now, with no changes to my HBP (160ish/100ish 80bpm). I acknowledge it hasn't been long at all, im just wondering if anyone has any info on how long this medication takes to show results? I have also significantly cleaned up my diet, upped my water consumption daily and cut back significantly on smoking weed. Not looking to be ridiculed or lectured on smoking weed witu HBP. I was on the fence on quitting, eating healthy etc and still being miserable and decided that i probably wont stop smoking weed entirely.
Thanks in advance
Did work in pharmacy and never asked but wish I did. But why was this woman just discharged from hospital changed from thiazide to CCB? I assumed she had either heart attack or hypertension related reasons. THe customer wanted to know but I couldnt answer. Thanks
So I have been having problems for some time, with a general reading of 160/100 to 147/96 throughout the day. After the usual checks and 24hr monitoring, my doctor put me on Perindopril Erbumine 2mg.
After 1 week I am down to 128/77, I have has some side effects, major headaches, sickness, dizziness. But it seems to have worked quite quick.
Does this sound about right ? I just can't believe it was this quick.
Help!! I have a literature project that is due in two days. I need to find spectral data (IR, H+NMR, CNMR, and Mass Spectra) for the drug Coversyl. The active component is perindopril. We were told to search our drug in SciFinder and we should find everything that we need, but I can find absolutely nothing. Does anyone know where I can search to find this info? Thanks!

Smoker (of course she just quit). Hypertensive, previously treated with Norvasc and another one I canβt remember.
She is alive! She received a stent in time.
She had a STEMI, and the blockage was in her right coronal artery. The inferior part of her heart was affected. She also had atrial fibrillation.
Her symptoms were:
vomiting and sweating
needing to go to the bathroom
feeling generally unwell
she had the thought/feeling βI am going to die if I donβt make it to the bedβ (which she did, I helped from there). I guess this is that βfeeling of impending doomβ?
I think the stent placement was a little outside that important 90 minute window, but my mom made it with only a little damage, thanks to the docs and nurses and that one great paramedic who coordinated things from her home.
Some questions:
all her other arteries were clean. How does a single artery get 100% clogged? My momβs cholesterol is borderline/high. But just one artery? How? Can severe acute stress (against a background of chronic stress) do this, and if so, by what mechanism? (She would like to know and the hospital cardiologist did not offer an opinion. But she welcomes speculation.)
No chest pain, none of the classic heart attack symptoms. Why? I know heart attacks look different in women, but are you kidding me, I wouldnβt have known I was in dire straits if I were in her shoes.
her cardiologist, whom she approached three times complaining of palpitations and lightheadedness, having felt it more frequently than that, did not pick up on issues using an echocardiogram, or ekg/holter. Neither did the hospital the one time she went for that. They did see low potassium that time. It was relatively normal for her heart attack. How can she have had an almost 100% clogged artery all this time and not have it picked up?

I am staying with her now to help her recover. I am hoping nothing bad happens to her while she sleeps. She has her door closed, so she can sleep. She has her phone with her. I am fighting checking in on her because I donβt want to wake or shock her. Is there anything that can happen suddenly and quietly that I could miss? Should I be in the same room with her for a while?
Finally, I read some very uncomfortable research about mid-term outcomes for women whoβve had STEMIs. On her cath lab report, itβs hard to tell because the doctor just put dots under the classification, I think she was a Killip 3. So w

Dad jokes are supposed to be jokes you can tell a kid and they will understand it and find it funny.
This sub is mostly just NSFW puns now.
If it needs a NSFW tag it's not a dad joke. There should just be a NSFW puns subreddit for that.
Edit* I'm not replying any longer and turning off notifications but to all those that say "no one cares", there sure are a lot of you arguing about it. Maybe I'm wrong but you people don't need to be rude about it. If you really don't care, don't comment.
