According to the wiki, when you take the Migrate to Pannonia decision at a later date you get extra troops - and indeed this is true, at 867 you get 5000 free troops but at 890 you get 8000 free troops. However, once the war ends you only keep 2000 of those troops no matter the date, so I am not sure if there is any point in delaying taking the decision, unless I am missing something?
Secondly, the CB says that I should be seizing all of the titles in the Pannonia region. But this isn't true - no matter what Bulgaria often keeps 2 and sometimes even 4 counties in Pannonia, sometimes creating dirty little enclaves. This is obviously very annoying. Is there any way to prevent this?
Finally, when I do seize the Kingdom of Hungary and all the titles below it, whenever I grant land it makes the vassal feudal, but I am still tribal. Obviously this is also very annoying. Shouldn't I either become feudal when I seize Pannonia, or at least shouldn't my vassals stay tribal if Hungary becomes tribal?
I am trying to play an ironman Hunnic game where I stay Taltoist and thus tribal until I reform, but these wrinkles are making planning and execution very difficult. If anyone has any advice for overcoming or bypassing these, or general advice for a Taltoist Hungary game, I'd love to hear it.
This might belong on the piracy subreddit, if so my bad, but does anyone have any films or shows in their entirety released by Pannonia? Doing research on Hungarian animation, and need to build up a collection of it, specifically anything from Pannonia from the Soviet era. I got Szaffi, Dr. Bubo, Janos Vitez, Feherlofia, Dalias Idok, Ludas Matyas, and the last two seasons of Mezga Csalad, I know stuff is on youtube and I'm downloading that but a lot is still needed. I've been using huntorrent and some old dvds for most of these, so if anyone has any other sites that'd be just as helpful. Also, my Hungarian isn't the best, so subtitle files in english would be as helpful, but I could do fine without so no big deal.

So I'm planning to do the migration into Pannonia campaign, forming Hungary. When is a good time to go clash with Bulgaria? Right before unpausing or should I form a few alliances? I failed the first attempt and second attempt I declared war on the wrong country (basically leaving behind all my old land and gaining 1 province lol fail)
Hello, I am trying to form Hungary as the Mogyers, and Im using the "Migrate to Pannonia" CB, and the CB itself doesn't list the war target itself on the CB, or I'm just missing it. Does anyone know the War target for this very specific CB, or if anyone has had good times with the Mogyers?
Theres a decision you can take where it apparently gives you a cassius belli to invade Pannonia but im not seeing any such cassius belli's available whein i click on my neighbours?
Are you meant to slowly build up on the other side of the carpatjians before you invade Bulgaria? I did that and got succesioned down to nothing after a few generations.
Its almost the year 1000 now and im pretty much stuck in my starting location. Khazaria splintered and i managed to gobble up some territory there but Moldovia is too strong to invade and for some reason only one or two men appear when i call my levies despite the tab showing i have aboout 1332. My plan is to start over but i have no clue how to prevent a similair scenario from playing out again.
