Kawhi Leonard has bought an absurd $17M home in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood of LA. โ Almost 12,000sq-ft โ Infinity pool w cabana โ 960-bottle wine cellar โ 10-person movie theater Leonard also owns a ~$7M penthouse next to the Staples Center and a $13M home in San Diego.

Update: they said 1am eastern time. For anyone who will be looking for it. Iโll probably be listening tomorrow morning personally
Decided to talk with Tom on Palisades gold radio. Itโs on YouTube and itโs also a podcast. He said heโll likely post it late tonight sometime
Hopefully I make you guys proud and donโt sound too retarded!
Always wishing you said more/differently as well.
Anyways, posting this here and if you guys have any follow up questions after you hear it Iโm willing to answer if I can, so just post them below.
To which my friend responds, "OK boomer".
I was rear-ended on the 23rd by a Pathfinder. I think all is fine with myself, neck and back seem to be getting better. But... insurance deemed my Palisade a total loss. I just picked up a new Moonlite Cloud Calligraphy with black interior this weekend. Such a pretty color.
Right now Iโm using Magma 10 degree full bag. Looking to shed some weight for most my trips which are 90% of the time above 30 degrees. I just got a Wookie underquilt.
Cost is close enough for me on these that itโs not a factor. The specs I seek on the Palisade (only one not highly customizable) are close enough that customization is not a factor.
Leaning toward the Palisade seems like a superior design with the neck baffle and other details...but itโs not designed for hammock per se.
Interested if anyone has feedback on Palisade in a hammock or enough experience to offer insight on comparing these 3 top quilts.
Silver is an element (Ag) it's constant. The burger analogy doesn't apply because silver doesn't change, the same gram that's in 1 ounce of silver is the exact same gram that's in a 1000 oz bar. If newly mined silver increases it's way into small bars and coins then you shrink the amount that goes into 1000 oz bars. Good Ape Logic...
The wife and I just traded in a 2020 F150 we bought four months ago for a 2021 Palisade. We got more than we paid for the truck. Life circumstances changed and we decided we wanted a comfy ride with all the bells and whistles rather than a beefy truck.
New ride: 2021 SEL AWD with convenience & premium packages.
I hope this new ride is as reliable as our โ09 Santa Fe that we handed down to our kid.
Hi folks I have a few pedals for trade. All the pedals work perfectly but some have cosmetic issues (talking to you QTron).
Palisades: very good / no box. PENDING
DM-2W: very good / no box. PENDING
Qtron+: good / box and power supply. GONE
Prestige: very good / box.
Pretty open to see whatโs out there. All set on drive. Kind of looking for a reverb or vibrato.
I have two trades here, one through facebook, and one through Instagram that I can provide for reference.
Thanks for taking a look.
*EDIT: trade pending on DM2W and Paisades Qtron is gone.
Iโve read in multiple reports that the dreaded Palisade seat (or headrest) smell issue was fixed by switching manufacturers. However I believe all those reports are from one single source, a Cars.com article that says Hyundai โtoldโ them that they switched suppliers and it โshouldโ be fixed. I really want to buy the Palisade soon, but with a wife and two young kids involved I wanted to check with you folks first.
Has anyone with a Palisade (w/Napa leather seats) from calendar year 2021 (or end of year 2020) experienced any smell issues at all?
$PALI - Great potential here guys!

Chris discusses his time on Wall Street and how learning about the housing bubble led him to gold and silver. At that time, he didn't realize that the game was completely rigged.
Chris discusses how the Fed was created in secret by banks, and then a few years later, the U.S. demand the population give up their gold. Shortly afterward, the price of gold was revalued higher.
Chris has submitted several rounds of evidence to the CFTC who's mission statement is to "Promote the integrity, resilience, and vibrancy of the U.S. Derivatives markets through sound regulation." Chris continues to ask questions that are seemingly unanswerable by any government agency. Recently, the LBMA reported nearly running out of metal, and they continue to fail to report on their "silver investigations." He discusses the recent inactions CFTC Acting Chair Rostin Benham, who stated publicly, "Things almost got out of control and they had to clamp it down."
The recent LBMA report on the social media frenzy where they claim 120 million ounces went into the iShares silver trust. It seems the LBMA are very concerned about running out of metal and now say that it is unlikely to happen again.
So far, no one in Washington seems to care, and while the CFTC has his evidence, they don't seem overly interested. Chris would appreciate it if anyone can give him advice or let him know where to go in Washington.
He explains how naked shorting works, particularly with silver. The banks routinely drop paper silver into the market and collude amongst themselves to suppress the price. If you hammer the bids, you can send the price lower, but this is not normal trading behavior.

Talking Points From This Episode
I have a 2020 Palisade Limited AWD.
I purchased it brand new. It currently has 14k miles. Around 11k miles I started having issues with the car. The auto start/stop began hesitating. It would act like it didnโt know to shut off when at a stoplight. I had to press extra hard on the brake, and the engine would finally shut off.
I eventually would just turn off the feature when getting into the car. But it would still shudder at times when stopped.
I figured it was a sensor or something and Iโd just keep track of it and bring it up at my next service appointment. That was until the car loss power while driving on the freeway. I realized it wasnโt accelerating anymore and I was losing speed. I tried pressing harder on the gas pedal, and the car switched to sport mode and downshifted as if it was going to speed up but just ended up engine braking. I was able to pull over, turn off the vehicle and turn it back on. It acted as if nothing happened.
No codes, no service warnings, no evidence of anything besides scaring the crap out of me and my gf.
I took the car into Hyundai in Folsom, Ca. Told them the issues and the service guy Rod said wow Iโve never heard of this problem but theyโd investigate it and make it right since the car was so new and everything was under warranty. He stated theyโd call me around midday and should have it figured out.
No call for at least a day or two. Eventually they called saying itโs fixed, the car had no oil in it. Maybe a quart of oil in the engine. What?! Iโve only taken my car to them, after break in and regular service intervals.
They said, to drive it a thousand miles and bring it back and they can check the oil consumption.
Well, all the symptoms were fixed. Was hoping maybe when they changed my oil last, they didnโt screw the drain plug or filter in correctly and it was just slowly leaking somehow.
I drive 1k miles and take it back in. Well, itโs lost over 2 quarts of oil.
Long story short, they keep topping it off and telling me to bring it back. Saying they have no idea where itโs leaking from and if it keeps burning oil they will replace the engine.
So Iโve kept bringing it in, about 3-4 times up til today. When Rod tells us, well we are going to start charging people $550 to do these oil consumption tests because we have SO many people coming in for it. He then recommends I donโt come back for oil consumption tests and to just run the engine until the engine blows up. Then th

I am looking for an apartment with 1 or 2 other female roommates in Palisades Park. I donโt know where to begin looking for it or find a roommate so Iโm posting it here.
Iโm a Korean so I prefer if roommates didnโt mind me cooking Korean food. Iโm also a very clean person and organized, so I would like someone like that too. Also, I will be studying for the MCAT so some place quiet would be ideal.
My budget is $700-800 or a little above than that.

Started seeing this one outside maybe 2 weeks ago, mostly sitting on stoops or lounging on yard furniture. Almost certainly belongs to somebody in this area - she is very gregarious around people and comparatively very comfortable being inside. Today she climbed our neighbor's steps and demanded food; we put her into a carrier and brought her in. Taking her to the vet tomorrow morning to see if she's chipped and will post an update then. If this is your cat or if you know who her people are, please respond in the comments.
The Palisades Nuclear Generating Station is one of the US nuclear plants currently slated for closure due to being undercut by natural gas. However, the original closing year of 2018 was delayed to 2022, which makes me wonder if there's still time to reverse course if the speculated nuclear production tax credit makes it into Democratic climate legislation.
So, Snca, finally, has become Palisade Bio.
When will the FDA take the decission about LB1148?
Thx and good luck
gosh darn online gameplay is a heck of a lot better than pvc. The community is hilarious
buttsoup and gnat, if you're out there, tip of the hat to you
We are deciding between the Hyundai Palisade and Subaru Ascent. We have had a few Subarus and love how they handle in the winter (city and mountain driving) and their safety rating. With the safety ratings of both being at the top I thought I would reach out to see if anyone had experience in poor weather with the Palisade.
