So if you go to the Wikipedia page for Time line of the far future, you'll see several guesses on when nucleons can decay. If course this varies wildy depending on if protons decay or not. It says that if protons don't decay, then 10^200 years nucleons will still decay thru the following methods. Virtual black holes, sphalerons, or higher order Barton non conservation processes.
Now for each of those 3 methods in trying to understand how they make nucleons decay and why it takes so long.

Sphalerons. I tried looking these up and I don't get it. It seems to be some kind of process that converts barons into antileptons but I don't get exactly what is happening, what causes it, or why it takes so long to happen. Eli5?

Virtual black holes. These seem fake and have no evidence to support them. Seems totally hypothetical. Can someone explain why we think these would even exist? I thought we had moved on from quantum foam.

Nucleon is one of the strongest Pokemon in Pokemon Uranium. Change my mind
With today's 40% I am deciding between leveling goon to 12 or nucleon to 11 as the cost is roughly the same. While both are not ideal or meta they work on my applicable bot . Rayker with goon and quess. Hades with nucleon and quarker. I am not a meta chaser I prefer older bots. Play in masters 3.
