From what I understand both are involved in telling proteins where to go after being processed in the ER but maybe I'm wrong and I don't understand the importance of each.. When would one be involved but the other wouldnt? Do they even typically function together?
To what extent must we know details about localization sequences during/post-translation?
For instance, I'm sure we should know that polypeptides have a signal peptide sequence that directs localization to the rough ER during translation, and these proteins will have one of several fates (transmembrane of ER/Golgi/plasma membrane/lysosome or lumen of those organelles or secretion).
Meanwhile, proteins transferred to nucleus, mitochondria, etc. are done so post-translation.
Do we need any more detail than that going into the exam? Or do we need to know the KDEL sequence or the differences between translation of a lumen protein vs. transmembrane protein, the start/stop mechanism of co-translation in the RER, and so forth.
Even though Steam storage isn't really relevant, I thought I'd setup one for my very first 480 MW plant. After designing it, when I tested. At full power draw, the power dipped to almost half. I tried different layouts the entire day,
- Heat exchanger - tank (4x9 block of nothing but tanks) - Turbine
- Heat exchanger - 1 line of tank - 2 lines of turbine - 1 line of tank.....
- Heat exchanger - all turbines - Tank
- Tried prioritizing the turbines by adding pumps to tanks for output. Etc
Is it because I tested it before the entire steam was buffered? Or I'm doing something wrong here.

I've noticed an issue is that Riot Games don't see their Ukrainian community and gamers. We are forced to play on a Russian server or EUW/EUNE (those who know English) because we don't have our own server or even localization.
I asked Riot support how we can show that there are a lot of Ukrainians playing their games, and we want to play it in our native language. So they sent me here, to Reddit.
There are a lot of people who want to have the Ukrainian language in games. Ukraine is a country with 44 million people, and according to Steam statistics, we have more gamers here than Romania and Hungary in all, and they have their own localizations, but we don't.
A lot of worldwide companies already come to the Ukrainian market: Steam, Netflix, Spotify, Sony, Microsoft, etc. But will Riot Games?
We want to be heard :3

Охочих мати українську мову в іграх дуже багато. Україна – це країна з населенням 44 мільйони людей, і, згідно зі статистикою Steam, у нас тут більше геймерів, ніж у Румунії та Угорщині загалом, і вони мають власні локалізації, а ми – ні.
На український ринок вже приходить багато світових компаній: Steam, Netflix, Spotify, Sony, Microsoft тощо. Але чи буде серед них Riot Games?

This line from the new event has been going around the whole day, and between RN fans doomposting and KMS fans enjoying every second of it (including a certain moderator that likes trolling the other group a bit too much) this subreddit has become even more unbearable than usual.
But i'm happy to announce that... said line is utter bullshit.
The Chinese script for the event, aka the original story has no mention of Scapa Flow, at all.All that's happening in that scene is Tirpitz telling to FdG what her and others were doing in the first chapter of Operation Siren, when a singularity appeared in the Bermudas, where a singularity previously appeared (during Ashen Simulacrum). The other factions didn't react because nothing of major importance came out after the raid on Scapa Flow from the event Aurora Noctis.
Soooo... what happened here? well, this isn't the first time an event has been rewritten by one of the 2 other servers but, usually, EN's mistakes are simple translation errors or messy locaziations, with the random shitty remark added every now and then (I'm looking at you, Line about not being an hotel from Mirror Involution), while JP Changes are... much more drastic (I'm working on a post about that, stay tuned).
So whose fault is it this time? well, we dont know yet, but im 99% sure it's JP again, we are currently just waiting confirmation from the JP wiki after they add the event script on the site.There are other mistakes in the script we currently have access too, like Marco Polo actually referring to herself instead of Vichya, because the characters for Vichya in CN and "Holy See" are read the same way.
