Shari Redstone has a 20% stake in National Amusements.
Shari is one of seven trustees overseeing Sumner's other 80% stake.
Shari has three children: Kimberlee, Brandon, and Tyler. Tyler is one of the seven trustees.
Sumner's five grandchildren are the beneficiaries of his trust. In 1999 Sumner bought CBS in a $37.3 billion deal.
