A list of puns related to "Mightily"
Is anybody else REALLY struggling with the new game? I was never a world beater in Verdansk but I felt like I was at least competent and able to get a couple kills.
Iβm not here to complain about matchmaking. Iβm more just wondering if something with the mechanics changed. I run around feeling like Iβve never played this game before in my life. If anyone else feels the same, know youβre not alone.
EDIT- Maybe I will complain about matchmaking juuuust a little bit. I donβt usually give a shit about Warzone stats and the cod tracker site, but I decided to take a look after seeing so many people post theirs in the comments.
Last 7 days: 32 kills with a 0.28 K/D Lobby K/Ds - 1:21; 1.22; 0.99; 1.23; 1.33; 1.18
πππ Iβm amazed at just how outmatched I am right now. My K/D in the past hovered between 0.8 and 0.9 and now Iβm sitting at a 0.28 going up against people above 1. Might be time to buy something cheap from the store to get some bot lobbies!
It makes me so sad to see what has happened to Lio Rush. Dante Martin signed with Team Taz. As a result, Lio lost his good friend and partner.
I want to say, I think the difference, or rather, what made Dante Martin sign with Team Taz, was ultimately being offered that contract to join Team Taz when Lio Rush wasn't there at AEW for a week. That night, if Lio Rush was there, no way would they have approached Dante Martin. If they did, Lio would've instantly been in Dante's ear and saying not to even consider signing the contract. However, no Lio Rush that night had Dante Martin ponder his decision the whole night and may have even made his decision that night. Ricky Starks made a very valid argument to join Team Taz.
When Dante Martin joined Team Taz, you can tell it shocked Lio Rush. No one expected it, much less Lio Rush. Taz says it's "all business." It's not for Lio Rush though. That was his good friend. I just hope it backfires hard for Team Taz and Dante Martin. I hope that Dante Martin struggles and Team Taz kick him out. Lio was guaranteed to be there for Dante Martin if he loses. Team Taz though, they'll kick him out if they are displeased with his performance.
I hope Lio Rush isn't down on himself or blaming himself for what he could've done. He wasn't at fault. Dante Martin simply sold out. Now I'm hoping Dante Martin loses all his matches going forward. Maybe Lio just worrying about himself will actually make him better than Dante Martin.
Stafford has played against a Bowles coached defense 5 times in his career. This Sunday he takes on the Bucs whoβs DC is Todd Bowles

I have been sitting here reviewing workpapers for a financial statement review and the results are not good. I'm a partner in a small firm of between 5 and 10. To be fair, the staff person had never done a financial statement review before.
However, I gave the person examples of other engagements that had good work papers to give the person a feel for how a review's workpapers should look. I have covered in some depth with the person what a review is and provided some guidance as we went along. I provided, literally found the documents in our research and emailed a copy, of the standards for reviews and some of the pertinent sections of not for profit accounting from the ASC.
The results that I get now from the staff person's work are just poor and I don't know how to fix it. The person is not stupid, but the person made little effort to resolve any differences in client records. Instead I've got review notes addressed to me saying that there is a difference in client records. I could have completed the review in less time than I have already spent trying to bring this person along, and we aren't done yet.
This result has me severely questioning my ability to train staff or to lead them at all. I'm at the point that I'm about ready to just end my involvement with new staff altogether and just do the amount of client work that I can and not worry about staff. Honestly, at this point, I'm not really sure that having staff is really adding very much to our firm bottom line. I haven't taken the time to really run the numbers mostly because I'm afraid that I'll find that the partners will make close to as much money if we just got rid of all of the staff.
I think the thing that has me the most troubled is the lack of taking ownership of the work.
Maybe its a year and a half of COVID and two bad seasons talking. But I just don't know that I have it in me to do what it seemingly is going to take to bring this next generation of accountants along. The young folks are not stupid and they aren't lazy. My experience is that they just don't have ANY problem solving skills and they generally don't take ownership of projects that they are given,
While the staff person did a poor job that would have gotten the person ridiculed and probably made fun of when I started 20 years ago (when it happened to my generation it wasn't right and I do not engage in that bad behavior), I fully accept that a large part of the problem is me and my inability to properly train th

I like being alone with just me and my thoughts just as much as I like hanging out with close friends.
The last two times Iβve gone to play LOTR LCG (separated by months) Iβve failed miserably at Into the Pit. I commit every hero to questing in the first round, for a total of 10, but itβs never enough to finish East Gate in the first round. By the time the second round begins, thereβs too much threat to overcome or Iβve lost a hero already.
Itβs killing my enjoyment of the game, and Iβm afraid itβll be another number of months before I bother trying again. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Iβd like to keep decks somewhat thematic, as I made it all the way through the first cycle with the same two decks, mostly elves.
Thanks in advance.

Before I provide my thoughts, I wanted to state 2 facts:
we've finished each game with 2 backups (vs BAL, vs MIA) or 3 (@ PIT) on the OL
zone blocking requires pairs of OL to engage in tandem blocks, with one OL peeling off to block a defender on the 2nd level (e.g. LB or SS). It requires OL to move in sync with each other
#2 requires the same 5 guys playing with each other with real reps to get it dialed in.
OK, with that out of the way, here are the things that I've observed through 3 games from left-to-right:
LT Miller has been mostly clean, aside from a couple pre-snap penalties @ PIT and vs MIA.
LG Simpson has been very Jekyll and Hyde. Some games (e.g. vs BAL) he was serving up pancakes left and right, showing off his power and play strength. However against PIT's Heyward and again vs MIA, there were times where he was badly out-leveraged. He also missed a stunt vs MIA that got Carr nailed on that 1st sack yesterday
C James continues to have issues with his snap placement. I actually like the dead ball technique. Peyton Manning vastly prefers it. Some people dislike the speed it gets to the QB, but the QB has an easier time handling it and can watch the D while the ball is coming to him. It's not uncommon for C / QB to muff the exchange once ever few games. But we're seeing off-target snaps in every game. Carr is a good athlete and has covered for some off-target snaps, but we risk fumbles, sacks, and hits on Carr. TBH, I've never seen an NFL C struggle with snap placement as much as James has, and you know they've been practicing it. That has to improve. From a blocking perspective, he's not a powerhouse, but technically he's mostly fine
For a guy who joined the team after the initial roster was set, RG Eluemunor has played solid. His experience clearly shows. Eluemunor stepping in remind me of Good in 2019 and 2020. Eluemunor was a very solid get and a good reminder of why scouring the cuts after the initial rosters is so important
RT Leatherwood has been up and down, but he's also faced some stellar pass rushers vs BAL and especially @ PIT (TJ Watt). My initial impression from the MIA game is that it was his cleanest NFL game so far (aside from his tackling a DL as he was falling during that late 4Q big run by Barber, and we were lucky he didn't get flagged). The rough thing about the AFCW is that it's loaded with talented pass rushers who take most of their snaps as left edge rushers (Von Miller)
The only thing that alleviates the issue is going to the hospital and having IV antibiotics or a harsh regimen that once Iβm off the acne comes back. Thanks for all your advice in advance! Oh also, Iβm a male. If that helps any.
Brief about me: I was diagnosed with ADHD March 2020. Previous diagnoses of anxiety and depression. I have a great combo of women in my life, I call them the holy trinity (GP, psychiatrist, and therapist). I take 15 mg of Adderall XR daily along with a methylated B/folate, magnesium, vitamin D, and vitamin C (in the afternoon). I've been fairly successful, but didn't start school/my career until later. School was a challenge, but I did well in undergraduate even though I felt like a total imposter. I perfected procrastination. Struggled with low self esteem and more imposter syndrome in grad school and in my relationship(s). March 2020 was rough, pandemic, ended a 7-year relationship, working from home, coping with the loss of my father, and trying to finish grad school.
The diagnosis wasn't surprising, but damn, after that it felt like my world crumbled around me. With the help of my holy trinity and others, I've managed to pick up most of the pieces of my life. I finished grad school, I moved in with my new partner of a year, and am happy in life and love for the most part. My primary issue right now is work. I HATE it. I will find any reason, excuse, random freaking train of logic to procrastinate work. I'm still working from home, which might have something to do with it, but I derive no please from sitting at my desk all day writing. For reference, I'm a wildlife biologist and each species with which I work does have a fieldwork (outside) component, but much of my job entails writing policy documents that maybe a few people read, most of the writing is copy/paste legalese.
The my supervisor and office colleagues know about my struggles, and I've been very up front with how challenging life/work has been for me. I am being supported but micromanaged by my supervisor and another colleague, and I'm so unhappy with my performance and the work I'm doing. I've never performed so poorly at work. Ever. Prior to 2020, I received awards during my annual performance reviews, and have been successful in other jobs (albeit bored more often than not).
I've been a long time lurker on this sub, and have read many great comments about how to improve work performance. But, I feel like I'm at a crossroad. What was the point where you knew you needed/wanted to switch jobs? If you felt like you needed to switch jobs but didn't, how did you progress to a positive place at work? I was unhappy with work prior to the pandemic for the same reasons, but the pandemic has, I
