A list of puns related to "Lucan"
Hi all,
I'm a young (<30 yrs old) EU citizen (not Irish) and I have received a job offer from a tech company in Leixlip, which would require me to relocate alone.
I've started looking for accomodation and I would like to find a place that is at a reasonable distance both from Dublin and Leixlip. In particular:
Given the above, I am thinking of looking for a shared accomodation in the Lucan area, which seems to be fairly close and well-connected to Leixlip, but at the same time it is connected to Dublin with the new C-Spine (C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, C6) and other buses, also at night. Moreover the prices seems to be much lower than in Dublin.
However, given that I've never been to Ireland, I actually don't know much about the Lucan area and how reliable the public transportation is. Do you think it is easy to reach Dublin from Lucan (and to go back home at night), and to to have a decent social life living there? Is it a safe area? Is it easy to reach Leixlip in the morning? Should I be able to rent a room in a shared house with โฌ 800 / month (or less) in that area?
Thanks for your help!
This is a subreddit for appreciation, not manufactured conflict to try and stoke resentment and troll. I'm getting pretty tired of seeing this garbage and ask the mods step in.
Have had a bad history with some GPS and mental health. They can be clueless.
The argument was one anon saying that Ryan was "Trash Tier" because he can't be completely relied on to have Alex's back in the direst circumstance and (as I quote) is "That just means that Ryan is a cowardly fucking sheep afraid to stand up for what's right if he doesn't have other people to back him up.", and the other anon said its to be expected that Ryan wouldn't support Alex for "Making him betray you in the first place" even though nothing Alex can do or say to Ryan justifies his potential betrayal, and even if you're dating him and are super nice to him he can still betray you anyway.
As I was reading this exchange I realized that Ryan is more similar to Jed than I originally though. Like Jed, Ryan puts up this front of being nice, and reliable but similar to how Jed was willing to throw people under the bus to save his ass when things get heated, when the chips are down Ryan is perfectly willing to throw Alex under the bus despite the circumstances.
It makes me think that the decision to allow Ryan to betray Alex was deliberate to show the similarities between him and his father.
Will the arrow still hit me in the leg while Iโm inside?
So my husband and I currently live in an apartment in Blanchardstown, but we hope (!) to be able to buy a house in the next couple of years. I've seen a few OK houses within our budget (I think...) in Lucan, I'm completely unfamiliar with that area - anyone who live there, and/or know if it's an OK place to live? Would traffic be horrible? Anti-social behaviour? Nice places to take the dog? Thanks in advance! ๐
