Given a suspended sentence and 2 year driving ban. Unlikely she'll adhere to any restrictions as she hasn't before. So what's the point of the legal system in this instance. The whole process is just a waste of taxpayer's money.

Imagine you heard Katie Price was “investing in your area”. Just think of all that would run through your mind: mucky mansion, drink driving, the stigma. I’d be ashamed to share this info with anyone.
The challenge here (as I see it) is that everyone’s heard of her and she regularly gets column inches - yet she does nothing, is worth (financially) very little, and is a terrible role model.

I thought they excluded drunk driver felons, including wanting to know about past and pending convictions, with no rehabilitaion of offenders act. However it says she has just returned from Las Vegas and plead guilty to drunk driving and other motoring offences.
Aren't they having enough trouble there with misbehaving Brits? Maxwell, Prince Andrew etc
