Not sure if this is the right community to post in but I will give it a shot! Around 3 weeks ago I bought a pair of java sparrows from a friend of mine. They were raised in an aviary and I currently have them in a cage as I donโt have an aviary. Iโd say the cage is medium sized. How long does it usually take for these beautiful birds to adjust to their new environment? Some info I know about my javas are that theyโre pretty old (around 4-5 years old) and that I am the third owner of these birds. I also noticed that they shed A LOT. I also have a canary and it took her a few days to adjust to her new home and sheโs fairly comfortable with me. However, with my new pair of java sparrows they are so terrified of me. I sometimes move their cage from the study room to the living room and they fly around like crazy when I do that. I donโt want them to feel neglected and be put in the same room all day everyday so I try to get them in the living room to observe me and my family. Even when I change their food, water and poop tray they get super stressed and start frantically flying around. Does anyone have any advice on how they manage super stressed birds?

Hey guys i recently got 4 Java sparrows 2 male and 2 female ... I don't know what is wrong on of my males are fighting with the others any help about solving that problem
