I ordered a Pearl Flexi on 3rd Jan, and am still waiting as of today for the Razor to arrive and pathetic responsibility by Pearl.
1st they Dont ship to the Shipping address. I identify that and tell them to resend another piece and to recall the original shipment. Guess what they don't do this! They wait for the parcel to reach Jamnagar.
2nd : I have lost almost over 10days waiting for the product. They initiate the shipping after the packet is received at Jamnagar and my multiple daily follow-ups ( seems to be trust issues with customers). Here comes the larger twist I don't get any tracking details from them.
3rd: I start asking them for tracking details and i get goli ki kal aajayega parso aajayega. Today someone from Jamnagar calls me and gives me another contact to call them and contact for tracking details one rude A**hole, I gave back.
4th: As usual Pearl guys say "even we never faced this"
Whenever i dealt with them directly, i had some or other minor issue, but this time its bulls**t. To cut short I dont have anything other than an order number and lot of anger and frustration. No razor, no tracking details😡😡
What do you suggest I do? I want to buy, can't cancel the order as there is no option/competition for them. It also makes me feel, they take us Indian customers for a ride.🤦🤦
